Even though this looks like chocolate milk, I wouldn’t go as far saying it tastes just like it. I thought this drink tasted pretty good though, but a little artificial tasting. The consistency is thicker, which is great especially if you like to add ice to your drink like I do!
Honestly, these drinks did help curb my hunger, but I did find it somewhat difficult to have as a complete meal replacement. Lol mostly because I wanted to actually eat something! Luckily, since the drink is only 100 calories, having something else small seemed fine to me. I think these are a good choice to grab on the run and small enough to throw in my purse when I need something to quickly curb my hunger and feel fuller throughout the day. Plus, who doesn’t a love a chocolate drink that has 10 grams of extra protein??
