This is the only flavor I buy. They used to have a Bananas & Cream that I preferred over the rest but I don’t think they have made it for quite some time. The Cappuccino is hard to find at the store. A lot of times the shelf is empty so decided to check out Amazon. Found this add on and the price was exactly the same as at a big box store. I usually drink one of these bottles of SlimFast along with a small can of V8. Takes care of that hunger feeling.

I find these shakes to taste very good. My husband used to drink coffee all the time and now he can drink one of these without all the hassle. They may be a little smaller than the cans, but I read the other review, and I’ve had no problems with recycling them. These shakes are great not just for dieters, but for people that don’t have the time in the mornings to sit down and have a meal. My husband has never been a breakfast person and he is trying to lose weight, I told him that he had to have breakfast. He can now drink one of these without the heavy feeling of a meal, and still be satisfied as well as me grabbing one while I’m running out the door for work. These are also a great substitute for those of us that love McDonalds frappes and lattes that have like a gazillion calories.

I’m too lazy to make breakfast most days and this is my solution to the temptation to skip breakfast all together. I also don’t like to eat anything heavy late in the evening, so if it gets to 9 or 10 pm and I realize I forgot dinner, I’ll grab one of these. I go for my biggest and best balanced meal at lunchtime because that just happens to work for me. The texture is fine. The flavor is ok. That’s what keeps this from being a five star review. And it isn’t bad, it’s just that SlimFast has had some better flavors in the past, Dark Chocolate and Strawberry-Orange-Banana were favorites of mine. I’m also annoyed that the bottles are smaller than the cans were, after all, feeling full is part of the game here. And I dislike the fact that the bottles aren’t easily recycled, where I am only #1 & #2 plastic can be recycled so I have to take them to my sister’s place where they will recycle EVERYTHING and even give out awards to communities based on what percent of collection go into recycling instead of trash. But that doesn’t have to do with the quality of the product, just with my desire not to “litter”.
Price: People say that price shouldn’t be a factor in rating a product but it is a factor in where you buy it and we’re specifically talking about buying this on Amazon. It’s a good deal. Where I used to live food was taxed which makes this less expensive than buying it at WalMart which is the cheapest place I’ve found it (you can pay almost this much for a four pack at the grocery store). If you want a real savings add this to your Subscribe and Save. For me this brings it almost down to $1/bottle which is a perfectly acceptable price for a meal for me.

These are delicious! I wanted to try them out before I started buying the powder in bulk, and I was truly pleasantly surprised at how good they taste. I actually look forward to drinking them, and in the unlikely event I ever get tired of them, or just to change it up, I’m going to try them blended with fruit like other reviewers suggested. I had no reservations whatsoever about buying the largest size amazon offers.

This was an impulse buy because I find it difficult to take the powder to work. The taste and texture are good with almost no uht flavor to the milk and it made lunch on the go a whole lot easier. Just like the powder I found it takes away all my hunger for several hours and if you don’t mind fake strawberry is quite pleasant to drink.

I would highly recommend this product. It the best tasting (if you are a coffee drinker) of the SlimFast Ready to Drink flavors. It made a quick easy breakfast, along with a banana. I am sorry that Amazon has taken it off of their subscription program. I hope that they did not discontinue it because SlimFast has discontinued it. So far I have been able to find it at stores.

All I can say is WTF Slim-Fast?!? Not only am I paying more for less now but they taste disgusting! I wish I had rationed my 11 ounce cans when I knew they were going to be replaced with this junk. I am VERY disappointed and I will not be buying Slim-Fast ever again. And that is unfortunate because I have used slim-fast for at least two years now and it worked pretty good for me. But now, I guess Slim-Fast’s plan is to get people to loose weight by NOT wanting to drink this horrible tasting stuff! I am going to have to find a different alternative. SHAME ON YOU SLIM-FAST!!!!!!!!!

I love the cappuccino flavor of Slim Fast and it really does help curb my appetite. I alternate it with the Royal chocolate flavor and this is my lunch! I sometimes will add a little bit of skim milk and ice to it and then whip it up in my Big Boss blender mixer. Works great!
