It has a great taste! I have a very on the go job so I like to take this when I don’t have a chance to eat ( I am also trying to loose a little weight) I like that it has a great source of protein which is important for my constant on the go job! the powder mixed really well in a shaker bottle, I don’t have any issues with clumping or not mixing well. Sometimes I like to use ice and almond milk and turn it into a smoothie, it almost has consistently of ice cream that way! It’s very good! It keeps me full until my next meal which is a big bonus! I’ll def keep using this shake and recommend it to others!

I started Slim Fast after I made my purchase here on Amazon…that was around August. I was trying to lose weight and keep myself from snacking so much. I used another users suggestion that said they add 1/2 a cup of coffee in their shake every morning. I have made my own alterations to the shake though, I add 1 cup of cold coffee to my breakfast and lunch shake (because I am a coffee drinker and need that extra caffeine boost), I also use unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and that is only 30 calories per serving, which actually saves me 50 calories (I believe skim milk is 80 calories a serving) each drink/100 calories a day. I try and eat a large low calorie dinner to ensure I am not going over my 500 calorie meal. I do not snack much but I have found green beans are a wonderful low calorie addition to my lunch shake.
I have lost 18.8 pounds since August, and that is with quite a bit of cheat days. I do continue to drink alcohol which I take in to consideration when observing caloric intake.

This helped me lose weight in 2 weeks and I mixed it with my weight loss exercise pills. To those that say it doesn’t help you must do the work. This is a shake for people who want to lose weight. But you must not sit around all day!! I run outside every other day. You have to exercise this shake isn’t just for on the go or lazy people!! But I guess it does depends on your body.

I have been wanting to try this shake for a long time,but,never did until now. I like the shakes, they’re not bad,the flavor is good, it’s a good size & it’s cheap. Only reason why I gave it a 3 stars is b/c it has a lot of sodium including the advanced nutrition one,if you have high blood pressure, do not get this cause this will make it go higher which is really bad for someone who’s blood pressure is sensitive. Other reason is b/c it does have a chalky after taste to it, if you don’t like a chalky after taste then don’t get this cause it does have it. I feel that they do need to cut back on the sodium on these shakes,I have all of the flavors & it’s surprising the amount of sodium that the slim fast shake mix has.

This controls my hunger rather well and keeps me from snacking in the afternoon. The taste is nice and a bit better than other products like this, no chalky taste and when mixed with milk like the product suggests, it is not thin or watery either. The chocolate flavor is my favorite. As with a lot of powdered shakes, it does somewhat settle to the bottom, so you have to make sure you stir or shake this in between drinking.
The one downside is the sugar content is a bit higher than I would like, but it certainly satisfies my sweet tooth and sugar cravings. Also, if you drink larger portions of this you will only get about ten or so shakes out of this when it is meant for 14. The price for a 12 oz seems reasonable enough for me for a product that seems to work rather well.
Does this help me loose weight? I haven’t had it long enough to confirm for sure, but I can tell you I am not eating as much during the day and that is an improvement on its own.

Great product and delicious way to get vitamins and minerals. I bought this originally to add some vitamins and curb my candy addiction, 2 weeks later I broke my femur while roller blading and it a great way to get the extra calcium and vitamins and the shakes fill me up and satisfy sugar and boredom cravings. I also add a banana and a few ice cubes, or mixed frozen berries! Delicious and getting lots of calcium during this healing period. Taste like a chocolate malt!!!

I use this in my sugar free almond milk and use an electric milk frother to blend the Slim Fast into the milk. It’s absolutely delicious and quenches my hunger craving for a bit

I’ve been using it in place of a snack and have actually lost some weight over the past couple weeks.
It seems that the Chinese and Japanese translation of “sheerness” is “purity”
or “authenticiy”, so I gave it 5 stars for sheerness since it does not appear to be a knockoff. If anybody figures out what the sheerness rating refers to, please post it.
