Wow! How have I not heard about this before? As an avid skin care junkie I have tried all kinds of crazy things for my skincare from super expensive serums to Korean snail extract (spoiler alert: that one is just hype), not to mention dermatologists, facials, laser treatments and countless dermatologists. On my quest to find things that work for my aging, acne prone skin I used a very expensive serum from a high end line where the #1 ingredient listed was hemp seed oil – and wow did that serum do amazing things for my skin! Not wanting to shell out the $118 (!) for the tiny bottle again I tracked THIS product down on amazon and I have to say – it is every bit as great the expensive serum. It does SOMETHING to acne prone skin where it just takes away the problem?! and even though it goes on very oily, in 30 minutes or so it absorbed and my face looks fantastic. I am using a ton at night – really slathering it on as a last step in my routine and then a little tiny bit in the morning in place of a moisturizer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m happy with the moisture this provides, and I’m glad it absorbs really quickly and is non-greasy. My one drawback is the smell, I’m not fond of it but it fades quickly so it’s not lingering around you after you put it on.

I was recommended this oil by a friend, and holy sh*t, has it ever delivered! I use it from tip to toes. I mix a couple drops in with my facial moisturizer daily, and my acne and dry skin have resolved so well. If my hair or scalp is needing some love (I live in a really dry climate, color my hair, etc.), I put it on my scalp or throughout the ends of my hair at night, and it easily washes out the next morning. My scalp heals quickly when I use it there ( I tend to pick at my scalp, which makes it worse, so this helps a ton), and it’s light enough that my hair isn’t weighed down and gross, and it absorbs quickly. I also use it on the rest of my body, and it helps my super dry, sensitive skin so much. My skin tone is so much more even and plump. I will definitely buy this again!

The product is moisturizing and soaks in quickly, but it does smell a little weird compared to jojoba or rose hip oil. The bottle this comes in could not be worse though. If you want to pour even a small amount into your hand a bunch spills out and even opening the bottle sprays oil everywhere. You are much better off putting this into a dropper bottle.

i got to use as an eye makeup remover, which it does a great job!! it’s very easy on my eyelashes and skin and dissolves the makeup right off. i also use to put a light coat on my face after washing— great for gua sha practice, and keeping my skin looking glowing and healthy. my lashes have grown a good amount since using to remove makeup as well! use as a lip hydrater too— so versatile & high quality!!

I purchased Sky Organics cold pressed Organic Castor Oil for skin care. There is no scent and the quality of the oil is amazing. My Homeopathic Doctor suggested that I use a mixture of 1/2 Castor Oil and 1/2 Hemp Seed Oil to clean and moisturize my face and neck. In as little as a week; I am already seeing the benefits of using these 2 oils together. Not to mention, this skincare regimen is very affordable and effective. I have spent $10K+ over the years in an attempt to avoid wrinkles, fine lines and dry skin. Most everything that I tried prior to this concoction had encouraging effects. However, I am 2 months away from turning 50 and I want to avoid Botox and other cosmetic procedures for as long as possible. I believe that my doctor has given me access to the “fountain of youth” for very little money.
The picture collage of my face was taken 1/28/21 (on the left) and the picture (on the right) was taken 1/14/21. I and other friends can see a difference between the 2 pictures. My face appears fuller in the most recent picture but it is not a result of weight gain or water weight. After only using this regimen for a short time I am able to see a slight difference. I will continue using this regimen and I look forward to avoiding the cosmetic surgeon.

Because I could not get past the horrible smell, I didn’t reach for this oil after trying it. Smells like rancid peanut butter. Finally just threw it in the trash because there’s no use for it. Stinky product! Also, the bottle design is annoying because the oil drips down the cap and will settle into a ring of oil on the countertop.
