Makes my skin soft and calms the redness. Very effective on dry skin. Good price ! I would buy again. There’s no fragrance. And the bottle is nice and heavy which makes it look expensive.

I am prone to breakouts from new products, but this one has never caused an issue. It goes on light and sinks into the skin. Perfect for under moisturizer. It gives my skin a beautiful glow! I love everything in this line.

My favorite YouTube Dermatologist, Dr. Dray, highly recommended this product. I bought it with high hopes. I was disappointed. This is a thin, lightweight solution and it layers well under a heavier moisturizer like Cerave Moisturizing Cream. No pilling when you combine those two products. Does not sting. No scent.
I did not see any benefits. My skin wasn’t worse, but it wasn’t better either. I think that this may have increased redness for the skin under the eyes and near my nose. I stopped using it and the redness went away.
The ingredients include Niacinamide which can be irritating to some people. Dr. Dray raves about the benefits of Niacinamide but noted that some viewers have told her that Niacinamide causes irritation.
I did not notice a huge moisturizing benefit. I always layered this under Cerave moisturizing cream and Cerave is a good moisturizer. The ingredients include typical moisturizer ingredients like panthenol, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and ceramide NP. It doesn’t seem to offer anything new or novel.
If you have sensitive skin, save your money and skip this. If you want to try something new, I recommend trying a sheet mask without Niacinamide such as Benton’s Fermentation Sheet Mask or a Sana product which contains soy. Dr. Dray has stated that galactomyces ferment filtrate and soy can produce a skin brightening effect.
If you have used products with Niacinamide in the past and react well to Niacinamide, buy this if you want to try something different.

Saved my skin’s barrier after I overused Tretinoin overnight. It’s very comparable if not better to the Kiehl’s Hydro-plumping serum, but with much better ingredients, price point, and texture does not have silicones in them. Highly recommend if you’re on tretinoin to prevent the skin from drying up or damaging the skin barrier.

The serum is incredibly lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving no sticky residue behind. It’s perfect for calming irritated skin and reducing redness, but unfortunately not enough moisture level for my dehydrated skin. It layers well under other skincare products, sunscreen and makeup.

This serum isn’t marketed as being exfoliating, but I was intrigued when a YT review mentioned it had a particular ingredient that could provide mild exfoliation. This turned out to be the case when I added it to my AM routine (currently on lowest strength of Tret cream in PM everyday, tolerating well) and started to peel the next couple of days.
It wasn’t painful or didn’t cause any redness or burning, but I would say to be careful of using this if you’re using Tret or have incredibly sensitive skin.
Since they don’t disclose that ingredient in the product description as mildly exfoliating, I have taken off a star because someone else could try this thinking it’s purely for hydration, and have a lovely surprise..
With that being said, I do still think it’s worth trying if you want a hydrating, light exfoliating serum experience. The packaging and texture are nice so I will try to find a way to incorporate it into my skincare routine.

I have sensitive and dry facial skin, this serum absorbed quickly and helps rehydrate and reinforce my skin barrier. Seems to go well under my sunscreen.
