This supplement is a very unique take on hair, skin and nail health. It doesn’t contain all the usual suspects. However, it does contain a blend of more natural ingredients that all have been known for their myriad of benefits. The packing is ok. I’m not a huge fan of the pouches but they are less wasteful. It is difficult to read the small light colored text on the package so I think that could be improved. It’s also less than fresh product with under a year before expired but still acceptable. I do think the price is a bit too steep for this type of supplement but it is good quality so that’s up the the individual.

These capsules are easy to swallow. Surprisingly, they do not smell fishy, at all.
The pictures show a clear bottle and gold-colored capsules. There is no bottle and the capsules just look light-ish. They come in the paper foil pouch that is in some of the pictures. An included bottle would’ve been nice, so I don’t have to worry about them spilling out of the pouch.
There are only 30 days of servings in this pouch. That means these are about $40/month. Depending on your goals, that may, or may not, be worth it.
I got these, because my skin is extremely dry and I live in a very, very dry desert climate. I’ve only taken them for a few days now, and they recommend taking them for at least a couple of months before seeing results. I’ll keep taking them and hope for the best.

This is a product of diet supplements with Tremella and Collagen with minerals and vitamins. It has a good intention to help the needs of hair, skin and nail, obviously for their high contents of collagen and keratin. I have checked the label for the amount per dose. Both tremella mushroom and marine collegian are at 200mg. Considering tremella is a natural product, its nutrition is too low at 200mg. When we have this mushroom as a food, we would eat several pieces of this mushroom. As to marine collagen, the proteins have to be digested and turned into amino acid before we can use in our body. This dose is way too low, and they don’t have to be used to make collagen. The useful supplement could be vitamins C, D, E, and minerals like Magnesium, Silica and Zinc. You have to check the amount to meet what you need.

30 day supply. (2 capsules a day) So far so good. The packaging seems a bit odd however the capsules themselves are easy to ingest and is the prettiest capsule I’ve ever seen.

My wife has been using a lot of collagen supplements for her hair and skin lately. She says her hair needs it and she is a hair stylist all her life so I guess she knows. She says it helps with her skin too. They are good quality and contain marine collagen which seems to be a common source. I noticed it also has silica and I know that is good for you and not in a lot of products. Has quite a few other good ingredients too and is easy to swallow with no after taste.

This is a newer brand for me, but they seem to produce reputable and high-quality products, and they’re based in Australia. The brand was founded based on the founder’s personal experience with troubled skin, so there’s a connection to their mission, which I appreciate.
This is the refillable pouch, and I noticed on their website they offer bottles that you can refill with these pouches, which I think is great. The capsules are a beautiful gold color and are easy to swallow.
From what I’ve read, the marine collagen dose in this product is on the lower end, but perhaps when combined with the other ingredients, it may be more effective? I’m not sure. The testimonials I’ve seen on their website and elsewhere seem to be mostly positive.
The listing on their website recommends taking this product for a minimum of two months, though I haven’t been using it for that long yet. I haven’t experienced any negative effects while taking it, so I’m happy with it so far.

First, I was put off by the “pouch” these capsules arrived in, no bottle. Okay, so I turned the pouch over to read the ingredients – I couldn’t read without a magnifying glass … really tiny, faint print. According to the package description, these are made in New Zealand and contain mushrooms, marine collagen, green tea, and other ingredients. Don’t look for any verified mark to show independent, third-party testing, or any other print to assure me of consistency, lack of heavy metal, things I don’t want. I broke a capsule and found a whitish, rather coarse powder. I take collagen and have for a few years. It’s become more popular lately with many options available, with clear ingredients and safety information on the label, which I trust.

This is a great option for vegetarians being cruelty free. It comes in a resealable package that is also compostable. You get 60 capsules per package and serving size is 2 a day giving you a 30-day supply. Easy to take with no aftertaste. I take this for helping me have better skin, hair and nails.
