This is a new challenge for me because it’s my first time using a micro infusion system. After a long period of psychological struggle and finally used the product. It’s not really scary. The serum is moisturizing. Love this product!

Ok – I have to say… my skin already looks better. Googled instructions.. love it but wish they would do a better job explaining how to use it!
Received today… fast shipping. More detailed directions would be great… the serum didn’t seem to seep into the roller when I attached it (and BTW – it takes an Act of God and then some to get the little foil tops off the bottles.. understand its sanitation but maybe a pull tab?) and this better work because it hurt like a (fill in the blanks) – actually drew blood. But if it makes my skin glow I’m all in! Sad but true ..

I just use this product for the first time tonight. It’s very hard to get the serum out on the roller I feel like I have to push down really hard and it doesn’t hurt with the needles but it’s uncomfortable. am I doing something wrong?
