I got this for my wife. She needs help with her fine hair and bones. The collagen in this should be helping her but how do you really know? After reading about collagen, she wanted to try some. So far, she has no complaints with this.

I was totally prepared for that “vitamin taste” you usually get with supplements, but nope, this actually tastes good. Like, it’s not a candy-level pineapple, but it’s sweet and refreshing enough that I don’t mind taking it daily. It kind of feels like I’m treating myself to a mini tropical boost in the morning. No gagging, no holding my nose — just a quick swig, and I’m good to go. I was definitely skeptical at first, but within a couple of weeks, I started noticing some subtle changes. My hair felt a bit softer and healthier, and my nails, which were always brittle and prone to breaking, actually seemed stronger. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I’ll take every little improvement! Plus, I swear my skin has a bit more glow to it, which is a nice bonus. I didn’t even realize I needed help with my joints until I started taking this. My knees always creak a little when I exercise, and while that hasn’t disappeared completely, it’s definitely less noticeable now. I can move around more comfortably, which has made my workouts feel smoother — like I’m not worrying about that random twinge as much. One thing to note, though: it’s a liquid, so I have to remember to actually take it. It’s easy to forget sometimes, especially if I’m used to popping a pill and being done with it. But once I got into the habit of adding it to my morning routine, it’s been pretty easy to stick with. It’s nothing too dramatic, but honestly, I kind of love that. This supplement isn’t promising instant fixes, but I can feel a steady improvement in how I look and feel.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this supplement. I have found that 10,000 mcg of biotin is just the right amount for me, and I don’t like to take more than I need. Many supplements that seem to feel “more is better” and charge more for something you don’t need. The colleges is the right type, although it’s not that much. Ut your body make ps collagen on its own, so you just really need to boost the natural amount. You do t need to take all that you require.
It’s well made, the label is good and I couldn’t see any inconsistencies, which is a good sign. And while it is impossible to tell if this supplement is really made into nano particles, the fact that they are supposed to be used here pushed me from 3*, which is the expected average, , to 4*, which is better than expected.
It is harder to remember if you have taken a liquid than a pill, if you take multiple supplements a day, there are no daily pill cases for liquids, but you can work out a system. Too bad someone doesn’t sell something that could help with that….

I’ve already been taking biotin and collagen in other forms like gummies, powder, and capsules – this spray mist is a first and it’s a refreshing twist for my supplements. I’ve also just added a few sprays to my smoothie and this Sistem Extra Strength Liquid Biotin & Collagen blends in well.
8 pumps provides about 1 g each of collagen and biotin – since this is a bit too much praying for me, I use this pumped up dose in parts through out the day – and even in my smoothie, as mentioned. It’s a little on the light side (1 g), in terms of how much collagen I want to get a day (2.5 g), so I can use this spray along with my normal supplements. The collagen in this supplement is from fish, but the taste isn’t fishy (thank goodness).
I’ve just started to take this and love that it is made in a USA based GMP facility. Overall this is a good product, if you like sprays (like a breath refresher) – not sure it’s for me, and haven’t noticed any difference in my hair, skin, and nails yet – still too early to tell, but I do believe the ingredients have helped me based on the other supplements I currently use (in addition to this one).
