I tried the product and the first time stayed on all throughout the night. The other times I have used the product it is as if the suction to keep it on your neck has diminished . Did not have any cream around the neck area , it unfolds and then drops off.

Full disclosure – I wore this neck patch for one night and therefore am not able to review long term effects of this product. The reason I only wore it for one night is it did nothing to reduce the look of my current horizontal neck lines and created new (temporary) “edge of patch” creases! I am a side sleeper and I suppose I tuck my chin as well (neck flexion). Due to this position, after wearing this patch overnight (8 hours) I woke up with a few new deep horizontal lines due to my skin folding around the long edges of the patch and extending across the front of my neck. These were very noticeable but thankfully temporary – resolved over a few hours. Like I mentioned previously, current neck lines underneath the patch did not diminish in a noticeable way. So, warning for anyone who sleeps on their side with neck flexion – may not want to throw away the $30. I for sure won’t be using the neck patch again. I don’t want to give my skin reasons to wrinkle in new places. Of note, the chest patch did work to temporarily reduce the look of my vertical chest wrinkles. Overnight wear kept the underlying skin visibly smoother with minimal “edge of patch” creases on my skin.
Given the price of these products – my plan is to never use or buy the neck patch again and to use the chest patch prior to an event as needed. (2 stars given for the neck patch; I will review the chest patch separately I will give 4 stars).

I ordered the SIO forehead patch before and loved it. It always stayed on and actually worked. I started noticing necklines or what some would describe as a “tech neck” and started looking for a product that would help. Since I already purchased the forehead patch, I figured the neck would be great too. I really wanted to like this product because boy it was hard. The patch wouldn’t stay around the neck and as a lot of reviewers have said, it needs to be made longer and more adhesion for the neck. I used it once and had to send it back. It’s not cheap either. Hopefully they improve and I can purchase again.

I read a lot of people’s comments about how it’ll fall off during the night so I didn’t use it at night. I wear it in the morning after I did my morning routine. It stays on forever! This is the second time I’ve used it and it’s still very good. Stayed on 8 hour straight without any problem. I wear it around the house and people doesn’t really notice. Maybe I have hair down. Anyway. Still waiting to see the results. Will keep updating.

I had tried Sio in the past, for the forehead. It was decent, although not all they claim it is. It helped some. I thought the neck patch would be similar. Complete crap. It doesn’t stretch well, and when you try to pry it from the sheet, it bundles up and loses its adhesive, so it’s basically useless after 10 minutes. Not only that, even in that short amount of time, my neck got red and itchy. Not sure if the company changed hands; the packaging did change, but this is a waste of money.

So I did sleep with the patch on my neck. 7 hours. Just be careful not to stretch too tight when applying or you’ll feel you’re being strangled. This photo is of the creases the patch left . It’s only logical that when you sleep your neck skin will bunch or wrinkle under this. I had to leave for work with creases on my neck. By 3 hours they started to fade and my neck went back to how it usually looks. I’ll update after more uses.

It actually works! My skin looks and feels moisturized and rejuvenated after each time. I have thick creases on one side of my neck due to the way I sleep and this is week 3 of wearing it and the creases are not nearly as deep as they used to be. I can’t wait to see how it looks going forward. Really cool product! Adhesion worked for me for maybe 6x but be careful peeling off of the plastic sheet or you’ll lose a good adhesion.
