if you’re familiar with Nettie pots, you will know that they are priceless when it comes to being sick and helping you clear out a cold I had a very old one and it was time to upgrade. This one was perfect. It came with plenty of little packets of saline plus a brand new Pot and I was able to save a lot of money instead of buying the more expensive ones. This was not only a nice product but a really good value.

Used it about 10 times before the tiny air valve popped out and disappeared. Sprays water everywhere now.
I found the air valve, put it back in place, and the unit has worked fine since then. I realized that I was squeezing much harder than necessary, which resulted in the valve popping out. I’ve revised my 1 star review to 4 stars.
I have found nasal flushing to be effective in preventing infection on the several occasions that I have been exposed to irresponsible people coughing harshly. I’m more comfortable not wearing a mask in public venues now. Flushing is a no-brainer for me – easy to do and I just use a teaspoon of inexpensive sea salt each time, so virtually no expense.

This review is for the saline packets only. Formulation is slightly stronger than some competitors – 2300 mg sodium chloride – versus – 1600-1800 mg for others. After two weeks, I’ve found the slightly higher pH to be more effective, without causing irritation.
If you are using the bottle-style irrigation system, the flat packet makes it difficult to pour the mix into the small bottle opening. The tubular packet from other suppliers is much more convenient for filling. After going through a box of these, I dropped two stars for this – I plan to switch to a different brand.

Affordable and easy to use. More importantly it works great!

After suffering more than a month from allergies, sever sinusitis, I am grateful to finally be able to breathe. This little thing is really great. Being able to sleep at night is worth every penny. Really works, at least for me. I support this purchase on its performance, ease of use.

It works well, but make sure to follow instructions on using proper filtered or boiled water, cleaning the pot etc.

I have had horrendous seasonal allergies my entire life, and no medication I’ve ever tried has helped me much. I have just suffered and lived with it, basically, until now (I’m 35 and have had allergies since I was a small child). Years ago, I tried a netti pot and HATED IT. I hated that you had to tilt your head at a certain angle, I hated that it was so hard to keep the water from just going everywhere and spilling on my shirt, and it actually made the problems worse for me because I was having a hard time getting the hang of it, and water was staying in my sinuses and making me uncomortable.
I’ve been having the fun fun issue of a plugged eustachian tube this year, and my doctor recommended I try this squeeze bottle kind of nasal irrigator. I was very hesitant to try it because of my netti pot trauma. But dang, it’s great! The soft nozzle thing is much more comfortable than the hard porcelain spout of the stupid netti pot, and it makes it easy to get a goods seal. The fact that all you do is lean your head down a little over the sink and squirt the water straight up your nose is AWESOME. No weird tilting necessary. And this thing is super easy to clean. Just put some soapy water in there and squirt it through, then put some clean water in and shake it around and squirt it through again and you’re DONE. And using it is SO fast, once you’ve gotten through the pain in the ass of heating up the water and then letting it cool to the perfect temperature. Using this thing is no more uncomfortable than getting a little water up your nose when you’re swimming, and it’s much more comfortable than that because the water is saline and warm, instead of chlorine and cold. And the water drains right through instead of staying in there. You really barely notice it, and the benefits are SO worth the extremely mild and very temporary discomfort.
As for whether it’s helping my eustachain tube problem…I think it is, gradually, helping. It certainly cleans out my sinuses and makes them feel fresh and healthy, at least temporarily – it’s such a pleasure to breathe through my nose afterwards! And often my ear feels more relaxed, and it’s actually possible to “pop” it for a little while. Then later in the day, it goes back to the way it was. But the hope is that it’s gradually helping.

I had never tried a Neti Pot before, so I felt a bit anxious at first. However, after using it several times, my sinuses opened up, and I felt significantly improved. Just a heads up: if your nose is fully congested, the solution might not flow properly and could even come out of your mouth. The product performed exactly as promised, and I would certainly recommend it!

It’s a nicely designed product. Serves the purpose well. Highly priced item though.

I’ve heard about the wonders of the Neti Pot, but boy I had no idea. I use boiled filtered water. this pack comes with a bunch of saline packets. I think I’ll never run out
