I just started taking this and after only 3 days I can feel better. I no longer have that craving for snacks and I actually have more energy! 2 gummy’s a day and the I can already feel the difference when I put on my pants. They also have a great taste, highly recommended.

How is this labeled keto friendly? It has six total carbohydrates in one serving! This would have to be a complete meal replacement in order to stay on track with keto! I didn’t realize this prior to starting keto, but they are useless to me right now and I used them for over a month and saw zero difference but of course I cannot return them since I received my order over 30 days ago. Lesson learned. 😏

The taste is pleasant, no bitter or aftertaste. I only took one per day versus the 2 recommended. It worked fine for me. I recommend it for anyone wanting to curb their appetite. I don’t snack as much nor have junk food cravings. I also increased my water consumption as a result of taking this gummy.

The gummies to the Left is what I originally ordered 3 weeks ago. It makes me feel full so I don’t eat a lot then I used to. And I did lose weight with little exercise. I haven’t gain any weight since I’ve been taking them. So I ordered another same bottle, but when I received it, its different gummies (red & green) and the bottle is smaller (right image). I’m hoping that it will still work the same… It does taste different, a lot sweeter. I’ll see how it goes. Will update later.

So the red and green gummies to the right works about the same as the ones to the left bottle.
At first when I got the different red/green gummies it made me craved food for a week, I felt like I ate more. But I didnt gain any weight, which is good. So after about 2 weeks of taking the different gummies I started to lose weight again. I haven’t had time to work out lately so I’ve been losing a pound every 2 weeks.

These gummies are easy to take. The flavor is good and I got the value for my money! This 3 pack costs as much as one pack with other vendors. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks, and you can literally lose 1 pound a week with diet and light exercise (15-30 mins, 2 times a week).
I’ve started to do intermittent fasting while taking this product. My first meal is at 12pm, my last meal is no later than 7pm. Eating only within that 8 hour window.
From 8pm – 12pm the next day (16 hours straight), no eating. However, I have been drinking a can of v8 in the morning (1 serving of vegetables). My exercise is walking.
Overall, I will continue to purchase this item as a part of my diet routine. Thanks!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality, taste and results! I was worried that these would taste terrible but they are actually quite pleasant to taste. As promised, it definitely has suppressed my appetite, given me some additional energy and focus, and helped me lose a few pounds in the first week. Looking forward to see what the next few months of taking these will be.

Delivery was as expected for Amazon purchases, on time and in excellent condition. I noticed a difference in my appetite within a day or two. I just wasn’t that hungry and could consider my option instead of eating the first thing I saw.
