supplements are a very tricky thing to buy. once you look past the hype, have done your research and are ready to buy, you’re confronted with an ugly truth: there are only a small handful of reputable brands out there. the vast majority are sketchy at best, outright frauds at worst, so it’s REALLY important to pick a brand you can trust. pharmanutra is one of those trusted brands. you probably haven’t heard of them because they’re based in Italy, but they’ve been around for a long time, have a ton of research behind them and have, fortunately for us in the US, recently decided to start distributing directly here.
the main benefit of this line of supplements is their patented sucrosomial tech, which is comparable to but superior to liposomal delivery tech. i won’t bore anyone with the details, but whenever you take a supplement you have a problem. your internals (stomach, acids, digestion etc) work immediately to break down the supplement and in many cases this process is completed before the full dosage of the supp can be absorbed. so you take 30mg of a supplement, but only 10mg makes it into your bloodstream (for example). the sucrosomial tech encapsulates the supplement (iron in this case) and protects it from the digestive processes, extending the release of the iron and making it FAR more bioavailable, meaning your body actually gets all 30mg of the 30mg supplement. it’s proven tech, it works and it’s what’s coating these capsules

I do feel that this is a quality supplement. The price is rather high for me but it does seem to be reasonable for what this supplement is. I found out recently that I’m anemic and hope these will help.

It is always hard to pick a supplement and know that you are getting something that is both good quality and a good value. I have been taking these for over a week, and I have noticed no negative effects. They seem like a very well-made and well packaged supplement. I have no issues with these other than they don’t seem like they are a good value at the price point listed. They consist of quite ordinary ingredients, so it’s hard to justify the markup. I think I will keep looking around after these are used up.

This Sucrosomial Iron Supplement by Italian company SiderAL Forte is the real deal. It offers a high-absoption which enables a more potent dose of the 30 mg capsule, rendering it more efficient than higher dosages. One capsule daily is all that’s needed and I had experienced no adverse side effects from taking it. (The added Vitamin C contributes to the enhanced absorption as well.) This 90 day, 3 month supply offers a good value, especially knowing you’re getting a high quality supplement that’s undergone thorough testing.
I am hoping to achieve a greater iron level and heightened energy with this product, as my levels generally fall within the low normal range. I will update this review, once I am deeper within my therapy and learn of positive results.

Iron as a supplement is one of the more difficult minerals to get into the body via a pill. It is not easily absorbed. This company uses a different process which claims to increase the efficiency of absorption by the body. So far what I can attest to is that the pills do not make one nauseous. As for whether they work for increasing my iron levels in my blood, they seem to with initial tests. These are a good value for the price, if they work as advertised.

When I found out I was anemic, I definitely wanted to do research to find the perfect iron supplement. I have had iron supplements before that either give me constipation or nausea and wanted to get one that would absorb and that I could feel good about. I love this brand and have had zero problems with it. I always get nervous taking new supplements and this one has given me no issues what’s over at all. I love that there’s so much information on the products website and page and that it is science backed.
