I saw a video on FB talking about Shilajit and how amazing it is for men and their testosterone and building muscle ( it doesn’t help build muscle! It helps put your body in the right condition internally to do so naturally). Anyway, I thought this would be great to try with my son. 87 or something minerals that the body needs in this natural occurring resin? Let’s see, what do I have to lose? After 3 days I noticed more energy and just over feeling pretty good. After a pack (box comes with 2 packs) I feel like I did when I was a teenager. Super energetic and the motivation to take action. Naturally!! I take this little pill every morning and I feel amazing everyday. The longer I take it the better I feel!! I used to have a foggy mind and I feel more clear and focused. I used to procrastinate and beat myself up for not getting things done or just put right self sabotaging and feeling super lazy so I’d lay around and watch Netflix all day. You have to try it to understand. Full disclosure , I started taking chlorophyll to help my gut as well so these are the only supplements I’m taking and they are both pretty life changing in their own ways . So 10/10 stars . I saw an advertisement for a shilajit resin product that explained all the benefits and I wanted to try it but it had a ridiculous price. So I came looking on Amazon and thought in a tiny natural tablet it would be easier to take and less of a taste. All the products in that form had decent pricing but this one a much better value compared to all the rest. I ordered it and decided to give it a try and wow they were right about the benefits of it. Ive only taken it for two days now but I totally feel the difference already. Natural energy boost for sure and as a chronic pain patient I do feel less inflammation in my joints and muscles. I’ll have to update my review after a few weeks of taking it to share how I’m feeling and other benefits I experience but I’m definitely hopeful about it being a great product already and that I will benefit even more from it. The little tablet goes down easy and the little taste from it you experience in the seconds it takes to swallow it isn’t bad at all, just a little earthly. I’m pleasantly surprised it didn’t bother my stomach at all either since I get upset tummy easily. So far it’s been great and I’m very happy I gave this product a chance.
Update! So I’ve been taking this product about two weeks now and wow it gives great energy that lasts hours and there’s no jitters or crash. It has increased my metabolism because I haven’t changed my diet at all and I’ve lost 3lbs already which some is water weight because normally my feet and ankles swell constantly from a thyroid condition. I take prescription medication for my thyroid that helps some but not enough which is why I have the swelling. By the third day taking this product my swelling went down and they haven’t been swollen since. My feet normally are swollen to some degree 24/7 and now they aren’t for the first time in months. I never expected this benefit from the product and of course I’m still taking my medication but my doctor sent me for bloodwork and it showed my levels were finally in a better range then teetering boarderline high like usual. In just two weeks I’m seeing incredible benefits that I feel blessed I tried this product. I can finally buy sneakers that will fit with my regular size and not have to buy up or wides. I have tried other brands of shilajit and find it so hard to get out of the container. These little drops are perfect. They still taste horrible (because shilajit does and if it doesn’t its not shilajit) but taking in such small drops you can quickly swallow without chewing. It is a great way to get all these extra minerals and is an alternative to the equally horrible tasting fulvic minerals.
