I like taking it before I go to the gym. I felt it gave me extra energy and helped me sleep better. The resin tastes good when mixed with water or under the tongue. My only complaint is that when I first opened it, the resin was around the screw cap, partially dried making it difficult to open and screw closed. Needs better container design. Will buy again.

The first time I tried it, I felt my body kick in! It was like filling up a car that desperately needed gas. I’m now on day 4 and I’m soaking my shilajit pure himalayan organic shilajit resin first thing in the morning. i used to drink coffee or energy drinks every day before to keep me awake but now I don’t think I need it anymore. Anyway, I felt the need to share this with you all. I am looking forward to the next few weeks and my fatigue is greatly reduced. I’m energized throughout the day. This makes me want to change the way I eat and make shilajit resin work even better! I’m going to lift weights every morning for a week or two straight and see if I feel any differently compared to the last time I lifted weights for a week or two straight.

I’ve only had this for about a week, thus the 4 star review. So far I do feel that it has helped me overall regarding my energy level. I don’t mind the flavor at all, and it’s easy to dissolve in warm water first thing in the morning.
I’m excited to see if I see more changes over some more time! But, so far so good!

The delivery was on time. Packaging intact. A little wooden spoon included for measurements of taking. About the product: It comes in a dark heavy glass jar with a tiny wooden spoon for convenient dosage. I take 1 spoon in the AM. Taste is smoky and heavy. To me it’s sweet tasting. Kinda smoky sweet. On an empty stomach I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now and to tell all. I feel nothing different. Nothing. I’m going to send to my brother to try. I’m a 63 female and a personal trainer so I’m already in good shape and health however I do have heart disease and am a TBI SURVIOR. Where my motor functions had been damaged. I’ve had to relearn most and may never regain some. I’m alive and healthy and talking and walking. And back working 💪. I’m always interested in better health and for me this product did nothing that I can say is different. I’ll send to my brother 73 and see what he says. Maybe different for every body.
Inconclusive is my final submission as I truly don’t know if it has done anything for me. After it’s gone; should last 3 months. I’m on 3 weeks. I’ll know whether or not I’ll buy for myself again when empty.
I’m very sensitive to everything and can feel things in my system right away. This. I didn’t feel at all any difference.

I really loved how easy to use this supplement is. It isn’t annoying to eat at all I feel like I am eating nothing. I do feel like it has improved my body I have been taking it for a little over 2/3 weeks would recommend to purchase!

I’ve ordered in the past & it tasted like honey. This order tasted nasty bitter! It is non-returnable, so I had to throw it away & I lost my money! I will not be ordering from these people anymore!
