I’ve been using this Shilajit since last year.
Price went up a little bit. So has everything else. Helps with energy, generally improving with joint pain. I take it every morning in my coffee, so don’t worry about the taste. I just wish they would stop changing the packaging. No safety seal now, makes it difficult to stop it from drying out. One suggestion please add that back in the jar. Overall great product and worth the price. Haven’t tried any other brands.

I have tried a lot of natural supplements on the market and this brand of shilajit really works. I take sea moss daily along with shilajit and it transforms you. I tried 2 other brands of shilajit and they didn’t come close to the effects of this brand. Mental clearness, energy, strength you name its there. I know we all get tired of people saying try this and you will get results, well this will really give you results. The taste is not the best but the best things are the ones that don’t taste great. Try this brand before moving on and thank me later.

This stuff may work, but holey yuck it tastes AWFUL!! Like if I were to lick tar..same consistency and everything. Be aware what you’re in for…don’t just scoop it on the metal tool they give you and put it on your tongue…dilute it in water or juice or SOMETHING to disguise the flavor. I made my family try some just to see their faces of how awful it tastes. They thought I was crazy for have purchasing this stuff. I do feel like it gives me energy..I’m not sure if it’s the shock of the flavor that my body is reacting to or it really does have the benefits they say it does. Find out for yourself. Good luck!

Why do I take Pure Himalayan Shilajit? Great question—I’m not entirely sure either, but here we are. I figure it’s like giving my old joints a little WD-40 to keep them from squeaking too much. So far, it seems to be helping!
Oh, and let’s not forget about the other “shed” situation. The tool shed is getting a little big, if you know what I mean, and I’m hoping this Shilajit helps keep the shadow down. Only time will tell, but hey, if it’s full of 85+ trace minerals, how can it hurt? Worth a try for anyone looking to grease the gears and feel a bit more spry!

I know there is a ton of speculation and if this product actually works for men’s health. I quit TRT two years prior to purchasing this product and in between at times I could get close to my workouts and how I felt but never fully there. I’m in my mid 30’s and decided what did I have to loose and bought it Nov 2023. Its 3/2024 and I still have 1/4 bottle left!
I freaking love this stuff! First thing getting up, I take 2x’s dose and my normal pre-workout and BCCA’s to the gym with me. I have lost 15lbs, I would say about 6-7% body fat. I love being able to see my abs and “v” lines again! This stuff does taste like burn rubber haha but it was so worth it. I keep telling my spouse I “feel like I’m on Trt again” I feel really great. positives, strength increase (nearly identical to trt), cardio tolerance increase, body fat loss, my mental stress tolerance have also increased, I feel less stressed about day to day life. I sleep at least 5 hours a night and still able to crush everyday’s workout or work load!
If you want to try it, stick with it for a full month. It really worked for me and I bought two more bottles to keep it going.
