I have been taking better alt shiajit for over a month and ordered this because it was a good deal less is not more this product is different tge taste is burnt it doesn’t give me tge benefits I was getting from better alt brand I will go back to better alt because this is horrible I do not recommend taking it and they do not do returns so I’m just hosed for the money. Now to wait for the good stuff to come in. Again very very disappointed in quality not at all what they advertise

i will start by saying that if a man want to enhance his performance at gym and other areas ! you will notice the effects .i was hesitant about writing a review. It really helped in quality of sleep and joint aches.
CAUTION : be careful with this product because it will double up on you ! for me i take it only few times a week definitely cant have this every morning . But all bodies react different . It taste good like burnt caramel and it look just like it and it is thick. i think the value on it is good . Do not take shilajit in large quantity and if you see any changes in urine color or unordinary effects discontinue right away and consult your doctor immediately. Patients with blood pressure , kidney disease ,diabetes and heart issues should completely avoid shilajit as it can have an harmful effect.

Product arrived on time but it looks like someone opened it or at least the lid was not properly seated… so some spilled out. I’m concerned it could be compromised ?
