I think what I like most about them is the taste. This must be one of the most important factors, because no one wants to eat something that tastes bad every day, and actually they taste good! Its sweet strawberry flavor belies any unpleasant taste of Shilajit itself. And they’re easy to take. Obviously, gummies are easier to take than capsules or powders. I only need to eat two jellybeans every morning, and more importantly, it comes in a sugar-free form, which is no doubt no small temptation for a health-conscious and sugar-loving person like me. Individual packaging makes it super easy to carry. So far, I’m happy with these Shilajit gummies.

These gummies are in a class by themselves in every aspect. The packaging is a cardboard tube with a very well made pull off lid, and each gummies comes in it’s own individual plastic wrapper. So they do not stick together in a bottle. It reminds me of a premium candy. The raspberry flavor is a very good. Honestly, it is much better than any of the popular gummy candy sold in stores. I am glad they are individually wrapped, because I would probably eat them all in one sitting if they weren’t. The best part is they are sugar free, made in the USA, and have most of the supplements you want in just 2 delicious gummies.

I’m trying out these Shilajit gummies to help with feeling a bit more energetic during work. I take two a day and the strawberry flavor is pleasant, just the right amount of sweetness. Each gummy contains of Shilajit along with turmeric, ashwagandha, and vitamin B12, which seems like a good combination, especially for busy days when i need to stay focused.
I like the individual packaging which is handy. When i’m on the go, whether for travel or work, it’s easy to bring a few along. So far, i’ve felt a slight improvement in how alert i am in the mornings. Being sugar free and vegan friendly is a nice bonus, i prefer this gummy format over powders or capsules since it’s easier to take.
