Shilajit is an organic material found in the mountains in some parts of the world that has been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years. It has many purported benefits. An example of an ancient figure who talked about its benefits is Aristotle.
I do not know if the claimed benefits are real and am not in position to do any meaningful research. But I doubt people would take something for thousands of years if it didn’t have some benefits.
The gummy also adds a number of other herbal ingredients that could add to the benefits.
I thought about down-rating it due to the price, which seems kind of high to me. But I don’t know how much the ingredients cost, and didn’t want to be unfair.

I’ve taken other shilajit supplements before in the form of the sludge in a jar. It tasted like concentrated lawn clippings and dirt, but it gives energy and allows me to focus. These gummies don’t taste bad at all, they have a little bit of an “off” flavor, but they aren’t bad. I’m not quite sure how well they work compared to the tar, but I don’t think it’s as strong. Your results may vary though.

These are nice tasting supplements. The texture and the consistency makes it easy to take and you don’t need water which is convenient. The gummies are vegan and seem to have good ingredients. As with all supplements it’s hard to tell if it’s doing anything but I’ve had no negative side effects or concerns when taking them.

These have a hint of rasberry, a really nice flavor. One of the standout features is the inclusion of 85+ trace minerals which you don’t find in most of the other Shilajit products. The addition of fulvic acid enhances mineral absorption and they are sugar free, whats not to love. Moreover, the gummies are soy-free, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan so I feel safe with taking these.
