    We have been using this product for years and only now have we received a package that was not sealed well, had plastic all in it and was completely liquid (i understand if it melted but it doesn’t solidify at all). Terrible.

    Great in the summer and winter applied together with Shea coconut lotion.

    Love everything about this product and the price is right. Feels great on my face, use it to remove makeup and for overnight moisture.

    Broke my ankle and have had to wear casts, followed by compression stocking and walking boot. As a result, the skin on affected leg has become horribly flaky and dry. My sister recommended “coconut oil” and sent me a photo of what looked like a jar of something you’d buy in the grocery store. I went looking online to see what was available and came across this Shea Moisture product and decided to give it a try (maybe because it didn’t look like the kind of coconut oil you’d cook with!). Turns out it’s sort of a semi-solid that absolutely melts on your fingertips when you touch it. A little goes a long way and it spread easily and smoothly over my flaky leg. Wow! It does a great job of hydrating skin – and it just felt good smoothing it on (especially between my poor dry toes – yuk, TMI? Sorry.) Strongly recommended!

    I received this product, the seal was broken, was replaced, no questions asked. If this product arrives in oil form, it will solidify. I really like it and am amazed at how it works and absorbers pretty quick 👍

    I like this product b/c it isn’t greasy. What I didn’t like was the texture and separation of the product. I don’t know if something happened during shipping-if the temperature affected it, but it has a strange texture. I kept it b/c it does work well. I’d be curious if anyone else had this issue.
