First of all, this seller does not accept returns without the customer paying the return shipping. Of course, that amounts to not accepting returns when the shipping cost approximates the product cost. Secondly, although it even has “tearless” in the name of the product, this product is very irritating to the eyes. Thirdly, the scent is not pleasant at all. Other than these problems, I did not find anything wrong with the product or the seller.

Absolutely great shampoo and body wash, especially for babies and people with sensitive skin.
For those people who claim it’s not tearless…
Any hair products, such as gels, hairspray, or leave in conditioner… they all leave a residue and will burn when water added to the hair runs in the eyes. It is not the shampoo that is burning the eyes!!! And if your child is screaming, they may just scream because they don’t want water in their face. I have five grandchildren, and one of them refused to get his hair washed without throwing a big mess fit.. regardless, I am not one to play around and washing the kids hair.. I just simply wet, wash, and rinse. If you toy around with your little one because they don’t like getting their hair washed… then you will be stuck in a rut of wasting time… show your child there are many other ways you can spend time together instead of playing the game of keeping Water out of the face while washing hair… or just go back to using the famously overpriced children’s shampoos.

I bought this for bedside care hair wash for my Mom. Description says no rinse. That is why I bought it. Product container directions, for either hair or body wash, say to “rinse with clean water”. If I could get my Mom’s hair to a place wirh with clean water, such as the sink or shower, we would not need this product! I needed something that was no rinse for bedside care. So, either there is a problem with the sales pitch description of the product, or, a problem with the directions on the product, as, the two do mot match.
