I’ve been using the product for years, from Shaklee, which was introduced by my Distributor (retired nurse) with emphasis on ‘SAFE PROVEN sincew 1956 100% Guaranteed” – all natural ingridients and it’s not habit, as opposed to prescription medicine. It takes a while, probably within 1 hour, to help fall asleep, depending on the degree of stressfulness.
