As a massage therapist, I keep this on hand to use for clients with allergies or sensitivities as an alternative to massage oil blends of lotions. It has a nice glide, and absorbs fairly well into most people’s skin. I prefer it for Swedish type massage, but I can use it for deep tissue in a pinch. Good size bottle for my needs as I didn’t use it all the time. I decant into an 8 oz pump bottle and have no issues with pumping it. Good as a carrier oil for essential oil skin application too.

I wanted pure sesame oil and I am not sure what this is cause it sure doesn’t taste like sesame oil!

Cold-pressed, virgin olive oil also works well for oil pulling.
As do some other oils, also.
But I prefer the sorta nutty taste of sesame oil; the most commonly recommended oil for pulling. At least, from my on-line research.

I love this sesame . It very convenient to get an oil with a pump. It pumps out great not to much. This oil lasted longer then I imagined they way I use it. I use it to moisturize my skin it’s better than lotion. I use it for self message. I use it after every shower. This oil is the best for dry skin. It leave my skin feeling silky. Can’t say enough about this oil other then I wish it had a bulk jug to refill my pump. And as always wish I could get a deal with loyalty purchases.

I started using sesame seed oil instead of lotion. It doesn’t stain your clothes or leave you feeling greasy. I love that it’s only 100% sesame seed oil. You can’t even pronounce what ingredients are in lotion! Make the switch.
