Not to happy with this one. It does not pump at all I ordered two and by the time I got to use this of course the window for returning has closed.

I have dark lines under my eyes. A beauty consultant showed me that if I gently lift the corner of my eyes the dark disappears… now try to find a product that will have the ability to tighten and lift the eye to successfully make the lines disappear.
This product does it consistently. Some other products that I have tried left a white residue that sits on the eye (not pretty). This may seem expensive; however, considering surgery ($5,000) or other invasive options or injections – this is a very reasonable price to pay.

Two issues: accessibility and effectiveness. 1) The product refused to come out of the container when pumped many many times. Finally I had to dismantle the plunger to remove hardened product from the passageway. Plunger should either be redesigned to avoid dehydration or instructions for unblocking should be included in the packaging.
2) It takes some experimentation as to how much to use. You want enough for it to tighten the skin, but not so much that it leaves a visible film. It’s a shame that foundation can’t be applied on top.
All that said, it does a surprisingly good job of reducing puffy bags. Been waiting a long time for this!

This is the most amazing personal product I have ever come across. I’ve used this for years, no reaction from my sensitive skin, no build-up. I’m 55, i use this all over my face and throat and get compliments all the time on how smooth and young my face looks. I use slightly wet fingertips to get a lighter distribution, works great. My only complaint is about the pump. Sometimes it just won’t work. So I use pliers and pop off the top, dip my finger right in, pop the top back on between uses. Actually works better for me. I have a cabinet full of this stuff, will ALWAYS buy it.

I have to admit, this product does work, but it’s very gritty and doesn’t spread easily. Also, the pump does not give a measured amount. If you do a full squirt on the pump, it’s too much product.

It works wonderful smoothing lines and wrinkles, but leaves a white film. I really like this product. . No matter how sparingly I apply it — it leaves a white film on my skin. I’ve heard I need to rub it into my skin longer, and I will try that. So far though, I’m have no good solution to eliminate that white powdery film, and makeup makes it worse and accentuates my lines; giving me the opposite effect I desire. The white film unfortunately cancels out the positive aspects of this otherwise great product.
It’s expensive so I can’t see it for every day use. But it’s great for special occasions and photography shoots. Three stars only for pleaders, because there just isn’t a lot of bang for your Buck in my opinion.

I bought this as a present for someone back in the summer. Recently, I asked her what she thought of it (thinking I might get her another for Christmas if she liked it) and was informed that the bottle was defective and she was unable to get the serum out. She brought it to me, and the bottle, still completely full, looked perfectly fine- not dented, bent, or otherwise damaged in amy visible way. Both myself and my husband- carefully following the instructions- attempted to get it to pump out but I had no luck. I thought I might be able to return it or at least contact the seller, but there is no option on my order to do anything besides buy at again (never) or leave a review. I do not recommend this product- even though I would have tried to return it sooner had I bought it for myself or known of the issue (my great aunt is a lovely women and never one to complain) I can’t help but feel that a product at this cost (considering how tiny) should at least have come with an easy to use container that was not defective.

I’m a skeptic and rarely believe hype. But you can see the improvement after a short time. And still obvious after 2 hours. It does just stretch your skin and creates a tight sensation under your eye. Actually any improvement to this old man’s face is good.
I read many of the reviews and gleened information before I decided to try this product. I am use to the stock negative reviews. And seem to expect the usual number of nay sayers. But it also had visual results. So I bought some.
First, no the bottle isn’t empty. You have to clear the hole out by scrapping your fingernail over the hole to remove hardened cream. Then it works. Do you actually think they would send you an empty bottle?
If you look at the after picture one eye looks better than the other. I think it was because applying it to the better eye I just made one smooth stroke compared to the other eye. The other eye I rubbed the product in a couple times accentually thinning the application. But I had to try this in public and see if it was worth the cost. I think it was and will certainly use it for a wedding we are attending in a month.
Nothing is perfect but this solution is worth the cost for a drastic improvement. It’s not for everyone but it beats surgery!!
