First off, my bottle was only halfway full when I received it. It was packaged tight and did not show any signs of leakage or tampering. Guess you only get half of what you pay for. The serum itself is quite thick. I actually prefer this over the watery serums. I have been using this just about a month now, consistently. Since I already have a vitamin C for my face, I have been using this on my neck and a few dark/age spots on my chest. My skin feels quite lovely. I have not seen a noticeable difference in the darkness of the age spots. Maybe I need to use it for another month or so to see results. That’s typical. My only complaint is that this is just half the bottle.

I love this brand. I use their pore strip mask thing with the strips (so powerful!) and a few other serums and creams. This one contains 20% Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Vitamin E, and Quercetin. I noticed a few other ingredients in the list that are awesome, like niacinamide, kiwi fruit extract, a couple probiotics, and royal jelly protein. These ingredients help shield the skin from harsh radicals, boosts radiance, evens tone, and leaves your skin nice and glowy.
Unlike other vitamin C serums, this one doesn’t smell like citrus or have a yucky acidic scent; it smells like botanicals! It has a light floral scent that’s lovely. I did notice it contains “parfum,” so it has added fragrance….
Love the way it absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel sticky or slimy! I use it on my face in the morning because it doesn’t affect my makeup; in fact, it gives my aging skin a healthy glow and looks more plump (making it a decent primer). My uneven tone appears to be evening out! I also apply it to the tops of my hands (see pics).
I highly recommend it!! For 20% Vit C, it’s surprisingly gentle and doesn’t burn or sting.
UPDATE: Ok, wow! I see the glow even more after a week of use. I like to use it in the evening only, because it seems to work better over time and leaves my skin very plump and hydrated. It ALMOST looks greasy, so if I used it in the morning I’d look slippery by 4pm. In the AM, I wake up and wash my face, but still have a hydrated, plump, glowy look. 👍🏼
