The first thing that I noticed about the serum is the yellow tint that it has, likely from the turmeric. It goes on easily and feels nice on the skin. I typically apply moisturizer once I allow the serum a little time to absorb. There is little to no aroma that I noted.

This Vitamin C serum comes in a glass amber jar with a glass dropper. It is very light and fragrance free, and doesn’t adversely affect any products or makeup I apply subsequently. I’m just wondering where the turmeric in the title is, since it’s not included in the ingredients label?

I really love that this face serum has a combination of vitamin C and turmeric. I have one milia and turmeric seems to make a difference. I’ve been using this for a couple weeks. It takes time and consistency of many weeks and is a process that won’t happen overnight but this does seem to be a quality serum.

IMHO… this has got to be the very best vitamin c serum, because it’s activated by being applied to very damp (but not wet) skin such then activates the hyaluronic acid.
Then, by allowing it to dry into the skin (as per the instructions) until you feel it begin to tighten, and THEN proceed with your usual treatment regimen.
About 10 minutes or so, depending on your skin type… dry, normal or oily.
By doing so, I’ve found much better and quicker absorption time of the treatment products that followed, thereby making everything that’s put on afterward, so much more effective and longer lasting.
The bottle actually locks shut to maintain the formula integrity.
No other vitamin c serum that I’ve used has ever performed this well, especially for African American people.

I love trying new skin care products and was excited to try one with both vitamin C and turmeric. It came fairly quickly and the packaging and bottle make a nice first impression. The serum itself isn’t as thick as I expected and it takes several drops to cover my face (more than 3-5). There’s no smell and it’s not sticky on my face after it dries . I do feel the need to wash my fingers as it does feel a little sticky on them, not oily like a serum, but just a slight film. It will take a few weeks to see any noticeable benefits, but for now I like using it. I am a little confused about the ingredients, it has some great sounding ingredients but I didn’t see turmeric listed.

This has water as the main ingredient, but that is not unusual. Otherwise, it contains vitamins C, E and B3, ginger, sodium hyaluronate, rosehip and lot of other herbal extracts. No preservatives, solvents, emulsifiers etc. I am not saying “chemicals are bad” here. But I think simpler is better, and less likely to cause reactions or other negative effects.
So I like the ingredients..
The information provided could be better, though. There seems to be confusion over the turmeric, which this is said to contain. Actually, it is ginger, which belongs to the same family. The roots look very similar and likely have very similar compounds. Maybe this was a translation glitch.
This also does not state the percentage of vitamin C, which I think it should.
But I like the product, as it feels moisturising, but not greasy, goes on smoothly and leaves no residue.
I have long been using a vitamin C serum along with collagen and hyaluronic acid serums. I don’t believe this “brightens” your skin, fades dark spots or smooths fine lines.
But I do believe it can protect your skin from environmental damage and improve overall condition and elasticity, if used regularly. So it’s become part of my regime, and this is a good quality option. It also comes in a very posh, thick glass bottle that will look nice in your bathroom.
This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy.

I love that this vitamin c serum has tumeric in it, which is great for your skin. This serum goes on smoothly and does notleave my skin sticky or oily at all. It doesn’t irritate or dry me out either. My skin actually feels nice after applying and it seems to be helping with evening out my complexion.

This Vit C serum feels absolutely beautiful on my dry sensitive skin and I think it’s great. I don’t know exactly what kind of Vit C is being used in this serum or what strength it is (that’s not stated) but it does come with a full ingredients list that shows everything that is in it. Tho I don’t see Turmeric in there anywhere? All that aside this serum is so nice. It contains almost no scent at all and you have to really put your nose right up to it as to barely detect it.
It left my skin very soft, smooth, and juicy with a subtle pretty glow. The serum is light but heavier than water with a pale yellow glow to it. I did not find it to be tacky or sticky….just pleasant in texture. It caused no irritations at all and was very compatible with my other products
It comes well sealed and packaged with a real glass amber color bottle to protect the serum from oxidation. This is a very good product that can probably be used by any skin type and I absolutely recommend it. This one is a win for me. As with all skin care products they need time and patience to take full effect to see results

Turmeric is so good for my skin! I love that this serum has vitamin c and turmeric together for that added benefit. This is smooth serum and easy to apply. Skin looks bright and supple after use. Really will do a difference on you skin after repeated use.
