I found this at Marshall’s and tried it. I liked how light it is and how quickly it absorbs. When I ran out I tried another brand and it was too thick and just didn’t feel as great so I purchased more from Amazon. The other one I tried was more expensive but didn’t work as well.

I am on my second serum bottle and I love how my face feels after using this. I use it once a day sometimes twice a day after washing my face and applying moisturizer.

This is a nice plumping serum and I don’t doubt most of the claims, all but one ingredient are beneficial or at least not flagged as bad by my checker. However, I was disappointed when I was expecting a moisturizer, as the product page promotes along with its use for dry skin (among other things), yet the box instructs to, “follow with your favorite moisturizer or beauty oil.”
Though I was impressed with the size of the bottle, upon opening it, I was quickly hit with the scent – likely the included ‘fragrance.’ There are fragrant ingredients that can be named and are known to be safe on the skin, but they also tend to be more expensive. Unfortunately, this also meant I had to patch test this product on my sensitive skin, since the exact ingredient(s) aren’t identified. The scent, even on a small patch on my neck, was overpowering. I’d describe it as a powdery, floral scent. My husband agreed it was strong but found it to be pleasant. I’m not typically so sensitive to scents and maybe there is something specific to this one that is bothersome to me, personally.
I had no irritation after 24 hours and proceeded to use as instructed the following day. I could tell that I did need to follow with my regular moisturizer, which left some of the ingredients redundant – my regular moisturizer also has sodium hyaluronate, antioxidants, and glycerin (and IS moisturizing). This serum is thicker than I’m used to, but spread evenly. Though my skin didn’t feel particularly moisturized after use, it did feel somewhat softer.
I feel that this serum would be better suited for someone using a simple moisturizer that needs a bit of a boost with antioxidants and sodium hyaluronate (the sodium form of hyaluronic acid) and doesn’t mind scents. I feel like, with a bit of tweaking, this could have been a great moisturizer that met the claims listed on the product page and didn’t need to direct users to follow up with another moisturizer.

I fell in love with the hydrating feel after using this product on my face for a few weeks. Now, I apply it daily and even put it on the back of my hands for moisturizing. Highly recommend it for those of us over 70 who want youthful looking skin.

I am on my second bottle of the dark spot serum…. It really does work!!! This is a honest review!!! It takes a little while though but i saw a huge difference within two months!! I use it twice a day!!! I am happy with the results!!!!
