I ordered a second box of these masks because I was pleased with the first. However, these are not heating nearly as much or lasting as long. I don’t plan to order again.

I work Grave and have an irregular sleep schedule which makes it very hard to fall asleep and especially stay asleep. Since I got these, I will throw one on if I wake up early and am struggling to fall back asleep and it works wonders. They have a nice, light, relaxing scent, and the gentle warming is soothing. These help me relax enough to fall asleep in minutes some days. These are very convenient and you can’t beat buying the multipacks, as they are so much more affordable than buying individual ones in store from other brands. The quality is also better than some other brands as they have a consistently pleasant scent versus other brands that sometimes have a chemical or burning scent.

I have used traditional. I’m asks in the past, but I hate the band that attaches it. When I buy the elastic ones, they always wear out and so they don’t provide what I want, which is to keep the light out. Not only do these stay on. They are comfortable. You can twist the little paper sides if you want a tighter fit. I wasn’t sure about the warming function. I thought that would just be used for headache or relaxation. They do warm up and it isn’t an uncomfortable heat and it lasts for atleast 39 minutes. It is usually still heated before i fall asleep. And the heat actually really helps me sleep. I have the worst insomnia. And I do take medication to fall and stay asleep, and now I consider these a part off my medicine lol. I love the smell of lavender. I actually use a lavender spray on my bed sheets before bed. So that’s a major plus and then the heat is so relaxing. It puts me right to sleep. I take my medicine and roll over, when i used to toss and turb. The light doesn’t wake me up, even tho I have black out blinds, bright light in the morning before I am ready makes me grumpy! I wake up happy and rester! I honestly don’t know if I could sleep without them. If I leave the house, I always make sure that I have 2 with me so in case I do stay out, I am able to use them! I know, it sounds silly that this is a necessity for my sleep routine, but it really is. It has greatly reduced my fall asleep time at normally takes me up to 2 hours and i’m down to thirty minutes or less to fall asleep! That’s kind of life changing for me because I have terrible sleep patterns as well as night terrors so these are amazing !

First, the box came smashed and damaged because it was shipped in a bag not a box.
Second, none of them smell, none! I did not buy the unscented ones but the lavender and chamomile ones and I’ve tried 3 hoping I just had a dud but no, they don’t smell.
Third, The heat is minimal at best
Fourth, steam? What steam. Never felt that
So either they have a completely faulty product or they sent me an old product that doesn’t work anymore. Either way I’m super disappointed and would not recommend
