I’m not sure if these work yet – just got them today. I figured I would have to take one or maybe two of the gummies but NOPE – the dosage is 4 gummies for an adult…that realization backed me up even more…I will be finding a cheaper alternative. They taste ok but weird texture.

These work really well for me. Have struggled for years. Others mention how horrible the taste is. I find them to be just fine. Its not Haribo but geez, its a med or is it a dietary supplement? I am not sure but I took them daily for a week on a cruise and they did the trick without any discomfort at night. They do not make for an “urgent” need to find a restroom for me either. Taken regularly it actually helped create a routine as it is supposed to be for most.

Because the product is in gummy form, it is so much easier to control the dosage than those white powders that you pour into the cap to measure, then hope for the best.
For me, the product works overnight; results happen in 12 to 14 hours and feel normal.
