I cannot take most fish oils as my Dr recommends, had given up. A really smart friend had researched the fish oils and said “you should try this one, it’s really the best”. Well, he was right no burps, indigestion, aftertaste… cholesterol seems to be going down …. So they are a bit expensive but for me they work and no others did!

In my opinion, See Yourself Well Omega 3 is the best. It is absolutely pure, the fish come from icy cold northern waters and they use very small fish. This is important because the fish are in the ocean for a very short time thus reducing the level of toxins they absorb. This fish oil goes through one additional step in processing so it is absolutely burp-free. Five Star fish oil.
