Most of the reviews I read were glowing and praising this product, well they are true , I felt relief the first day ! And … I finished my bottle and ordered another one ! Order it you will not be disappointed!

Nice array of ingredients. Nothing remarkable about them. What is, is the recommended dosage of Glucosamine which is normally 1,500 mg. The recommended dosage of this product only yields only 500 mg of this vital substance. To achieve 1,500 mg dosage, one would have to take 6 tablets. As to how it works, I just began my program with this brand and I’m not in a position to judge that at this time.

I was stuck in a vicious cycle of weight gain, which was hard on my knees. More knee pain meant less exercise, because it was too painful. That mean more weight gain and more knee pain. This helped relieve my pain pretty quickly (maybe it’s placebo, maybe not), and now I have been able to walk on my treadmill for the past several weeks. I have lost 10 pounds, and my knees were barely hurting. Unfortunately, I ran out about a week ago, and the pain is creeping back. It could be due to the strain of the treadmill (I am slowly working my way up to jogging in short increments), but the coincidence of the timing with running out leads me to believe the capsules were making a difference. I just ordered more, and I am looking forward to some more relief!
