    I first tried this soap back in 2020 and it is the only face soap I have used since. My skin looks and feels clear and smooth and still soft and moisturized. And the best part is that it is cruelty free so no bunny torture for your beauty product! Love, love love it!

    Giovanni just continued our favorite charcoal soap, so this was our replacement after several tries both different brands. I’m not a huge fan of the grit but my partner likes it, and we’re both fans of the fact that it doesn’t have too strong of a smell. Some of the other brands we bought were very heavily perfumed, so we came back to this one. Cleans well, rinse is off easily, doesn’t dry you off too much or irritate the skin.

    The first time I bought this was a couple of years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. After I use it it makes my skin feel super clean without drying the skin. It exfoliates your skin and makes it smoother and softer without being harsh. I also like the fact there is no scent which for me means no drying feel. When I use my other soap I can tell a huge difference in the feel. One feels.less clean and this soap feels really clean. Give it a go for the price. Oh, it lasts a really long time. I use it almost every day and may go through two or three bars a year.

    I’ve been using this soap for years. (I preferred their original packaging, but I’m not here to review their marketing strategy). This soap is great. You actually feel your skin being exfoliated. I have very possibly spent extra time showering just because it feels like it’s shedding off all the dead skin. All that said, I think they should reconsider their pricing, because it’s pushing the outer limits for the price of a bar of soap. Still, I’d recommend it for anyone who likes an 80-120 grit soap.

    The natural properties of seaweed really shine through in this soap. It left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated after just one use. Plus, the light, ocean-inspired scent is so invigorating! I highly recommend giving seaweed soap a try for a refreshing cleansing experience.

    This soap leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth. My face after each use is so pretty. I love that.

    However, after the first use, I scrub my skin too hard and it burned my neck and decollete area. It was all red and scratched up. After a few days, I have extreme hyper-pigmentation. A black ring around those areas. It’s ugly. Now I have to avoid washing it at all and use other products to treat it.

    On the other hand, it’s good soap for smoothing out your skin. My cellulite looks like it diminished very minimally.

    I would purchase this soap again

    I don’t know why I see so many reviews about using this bar on your face. This is NOT a facial cleanser. Go and get a cleanser for your face, and use a separate exfoliant like Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant for your face if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for. Again, DO NOT USE THIS ON YOUR FACE. I cannot say that enough. The exfoliant is much too harsh for the soft, exposed skin on your face. My partner is an esthetician and was mortified to see how many people were buying this for facial use.

    For my body, this soap is absolutely perfect. I suffer from ingrown hairs often, and the coffee ground exfoliant in this soap removes my dead skin and frees those ingrown hairs quite effectively. My skin is now softer and more evenly toned (I am black, if that matters to you), and I have much fewer dark spots. The soap lasts a decently long period of time too, so the cost per use evens out. All in all, this soap is great, and I could not recommend it more.

    This was my first time trying this soap and I absolutely love it. I didn’t realize it also comes in body wash which is what I prefer so when needed I will order the body wash and, hopefully I love it just as much. I’m really happy I found this product lineup and highly recommend it
