Good sunscreen overall – the scent is pleasant and quite soft; after rubbing it in I didn’t really smell it afterwards. Put it on in the morning with a outdoor work planned into the early afternoon, and didn’t get any burns. I can’t speak to how waterproof (if at all) it is, but outside of that, it worked well for me. Rubbing it on was also pleasant – it’s thick, but it doesn’t take a deep tissue massage to get it all rubbed in or leave you with white streaks. Would recommend!

Have really tried so many other companies for non greasy, non pasty daily (and active sport) suncreen. Seaweed company really is the best as far as we are concerned. I am a teacher outdoors and have to wear sunscreen throughout the year everyday and Seaweed company is light and absorbs well so no ghostly cast or thick pasty film.

I bought this product because I wanted a natural and less harmful sunblock, but as I am doing research on fertility and how to avoid products that contain harmful ingredients, I noticed that the two main ingredients in this product aside from zinc are recommended to be avoided because they are endocrine disrupters. I am tired of companies, portraying their products as natural and safe when they use products that are harmful to people and children. I’d like to return this.

I am allergic to most regular sunscreens. I have spent years using mineral based zinc sunscreens that are marketed towards babies sensitive skin. Those provide amazing protection, but they leave you looking like a ghost! I have tried over 20 different mineral sunscreens in this one is by far my favorite. I no longer use any others. it is lightweight, rubs in very easily, and leaves absolutely no white cast. When you sweat or go in the water, the sunscreen will come off and you will be able to see a white film on your skin, but this just goes to show you that it is a true mineral based sunscreen that does not get fully absorbed into your skin, which is excellent.

I have no idea why all the other reviews said it smelled terrible like poop but something must’ve happened during the manufacturing process but obviously they have fixed the issue.
I bought my first tube about two weeks ago at Whole Foods and loved it so much that I’m purchasing 10 more.
It is very moisturizing and completely disappears so there’s no traces of white zinc like all the others I’ve tried.
I absolutely love the smell and the creaminess and the fact that it completely disappears after application.

I love that this sunscreen absorbs quickly and completely and doesn’t leave a white residue – even though it uses Zinc Oxide which is a great sunscreen ingredient. It smells nice. It does feel a little greasy at first, but that goes away. And that’s pretty standard for this kind of sunscreen. i have no problem with that in exchange for the great sun protection of Zinc Oxide.
I fed the ingredients into a skincare analyzer and it has a lot of ingredients that are good for the skin. The analyzer did say that Homosalate has been found to have some estrogenic effect in the lab – but said to only be concerned if you’re a “better safe than sorry” cautious type. It won’t stop me from using this as the benefits of Zinc Oxide are so good.
It has an expiration date about 18 months out. It says it’s produced for a US company, but it doesn’t say where it’s manufactured. I would like to know that.

Feels good, looks white at first, then clears up. Great for sensitive skin. Has a nice light lemony smell. Really protects my skin and I live on Miami Beach.
