I have seen some pretty frightening videos online of people taking sea moss. Their reactions led me to believe that this stuff was quite disgusting both in texture and flavor. This was not the case with this! The flavor was surprisingly tasty. A berry citrus type flavor. There is a little bit of a kick afterwards, but nothing a swig of water couldn’t alleviate. The texture is a thick liquid, but not at all a gel. I really appreciated this. It went down easy, and this will definitely help me want to keep taking this daily.

I have had many Mary Ruth’s products in the past and have always liked them. I like that they are made in the USA and are all organic. This product is good as well.
The bottle is 225 mL which is 15 servings. The supplement contains Irish Sea Moss, Rose Hips, Elderberry, Orange oil, Vitamins and a lipsomal proprietary blend. I like that this is USDA Organic and sugar free. I like that Mary Ruth’s is a certified B company as well. This is a good product from a good brand!

This seamoss is not thick at all, it’s probably as thick as cough medicine. It tastes better cold, and you do have to refrigerate after opening. Flavor is like mixed berries with a hit of “medicine” but not bad at all.
Small bottle but you only need 1 tablespoon a day.
It’s too soon to tell if it helps my immune system or not but I’ll definitely keep using it.

I am so excited to see this version of sea moss from one of my favorite brands. I like adding Sea Moss to my daily routine but, I really have a hard time with the jelly version being just a bit too much for me. This option is jest what I needed! The taste is good and masks the sea moss perfectly and the consistency is thick but not overly-so. It can be added to other beverages or a smoothie but, I am having no issues with pouring a tablespoon and taking this in the morning. Great value for the quality, flavor and ease of use. If you use Sea Moss, this is great option to try!

This liposomal supplement is sugar free. There are 15 servings and serving size is 15ml. The taste is good for myliking. I like the list of ingredients and the fact they are organic.
