It taste great and I’ll see how I’m feeling when I’m taking it straight for a week. Great price would recommend but I don’t see a paper that shows Thrid Party Tested. When I bought Body Wise for the Shilajit Gummies in Amazon they provided it as you can see in the picture. Tht is why I gave a 3 star 🌟 🌟 🌟.

This product is individually wrapped! I’ve never seen that for a gummy supplement. Talk about upping the quality through the roof! I wonder how much cost that adds? But it definitely stops the annoying problem of gummies getting stuck and hard to get out a container, etc.
Then add in that it tastes amazing! One of the best gummies I’ve had. So yummy and they’re very soft and tender, likely because they don’t get hit with oxygen all of the time.
I’m not big into experimental supplements and I’m not really sold on black seed oil, but Ashwagandha has been around a long time – so I’d use it just for that. Sea Moss seems to be gaining a lot of popularity so I am willing to try it along with the Ashwagandha which I know is great already.

First off, these are individually wrapped. This is convenient, but creates a lot of trash waste.
I looked pretty thoroughly through the ingredients, and I’m surprised at how little junk is in them. No artificial sweeteners, etc.. And they taste great! I have a pretty significant aversion to anything too sweet, and these were inoffensive.
In my research of the ingredients, I did find that you shouldn’t take these supplements for extended periods (30+ days) without taking a break. Do your own homework. There are sixty days’ worth of supplements here, so they do last a long while.
Overall, I’m happy with my order.

Wish we would have found these earlier as these ROOT LABS Sea Moss Gummies are really the best we have found.
We’ve been taking see moss supplements (also ashwghgandha and black seed oil) for about a year now with good results for our overall health. We feel our good mood, good immune system, and good skin/hair/nails all benefit the micronutrients provided in Sea Moss.
This product doesn’t disappoint in terms of quality with third party lab testing, transparency on where this is made (India), and ingredients that provide the extract ratios and source (even trademarked ingredients). The KSM-66 Ashwagandha uses a proprietary distillation process with the root and guarantees at least 5% (4 mg) Withanolides with many benefits noted in ayurvedic practice.
The best thing is these are easy to travel with because each gummy is individually wrapped for freshness and to reduce the breakdown of the ingredients. As I get down to the midway point of my gummy bottles, they tend to get clumped together and less chewy – so I really appreciate how these arrived.
These ROOT LABS Sea Moss Gummies taste like a berry chew, not overly sweet, and one of the better tasting sea moss gummies we have tried. So far there is no stomach upset or adverse effects from taking these.
Keep in mind the relative value, as these provide a two month supply if you take two gummies a day. For some – like us – this might be a 4 month supply if 1 gummy is enough (800 mg high quality sea moss). Super happy with these ROOT LABS Sea Moss Gummies and will put these our supplement order list – truly the best we have found and we can cross off the separate Ashwagandha supplement order with these for even more savings. These Sea Moss Gummies are my first experience with them, actually I didn’t really know anything about these. I have certain health issues, and one of them is a problem with a butterfly shaped gland in my neck. So when I read the benefits with the iodine, I jumped on these. The positives…they are individually wrapped, very nice. They have a decent flavor. Very easy to take being a gummy. The problem for me (and NOT anything to do with these gummies) has to do with how it coincides with my prescription for that butterfly shaped gland. That is my fault, because I never read the side effects if you actually take a prescribed medicine, until after I was taking them for a couple of days. I’m sad, because I have heard the wonderful benefits of iodine. I did take for a couple of days, and didn’t notice a difference in energy. The opposite happened for me. However in all fairness, I believe it just doesn’t work for my medication that I’m on.

One problem with most gummies is that they stick together. Often this makes it had to get them out of the container. These gummies are all individually wrapped to prevent this problem. They also come packaged in a bag rather than a bottle so getting to them is not a problem at all. The only downside is that you have to unwrap two gummies to get your daily dose. Once you get to them they have a reasonable mild taste. i can’t say exactly what it is, but it is not too sweet. The package says that I whould wait 3 months\w for optimum results so I can’t comment on that here.

These gummies taste sweet and are chewy. It’s nice that they are individually wrapped so I can take a few to work and have some in my purse without taking up too much space. I did not feel any positive or negative effects in my body after taking 2 gummies for a couple of weeks. I regularly take different gummies for different things. I gave one to my husband who does not take any gummies and he complained that he had a stomach ache after taking one gummy.
The main component is Black Seed (2400mg) and the second one is Sea Moss (1600mg)
