A three month supply for forty dollars sounds reasonable for a high-quality supplement, though I’m not so sure in this case. Are you getting antioxidants and other things that are supposed to be good for you? Yeah, maybe… but none of this stuff really has enough of a scientific basis to say what it definitely is and is not good for, and I wasn’t able to find much in the way of information on the bioavailability of the forms used in this supplement.

this is an interesting blend of good stuff, non-gmo, doesn’t say organic but supposedly 3rd party tested. i got this mostly for the turmeric and sea moss, not sure it’s as effective dehydrated but in doing my research, i realize i probably shouldn’t be taking sea moss given it’s basically carrageenan which can cause gastro-issues for some folks. that said, i do still take these, though sparingly and only one at a time.

I’ve been taking Sea Moss for digestion and for my immune system for over a year, with good results. I also was taking blackseed oil for similar reasons. When I saw this combines the 2, plus all sorts of other great minerals, I had to try it.
I have taken these for over a month now and just 1 per day. I find no ill effects and while I can’t say I notice any difference from when I took some of these things individually, it has cut down on the number of supplements I buy and take. That said, as I would say for anything you put in your body, you may want to consult with an expert before doing so.
This seems to be a very good product at a reasonable price.
