Within less than four days of taking this supplement I’m already experiencing the benefits of what this herb can do for me. I originally purchased this supplement to cut down on my urgency to urinate, (kind of embarrassing) but now I’m experiencing something I wasn’t expecting, I don’t have those hunger pangs associated with breakfast or dinner. I have a regimen of cycling anywhere from 20 to 30 miles 3 to 4 times a week, I weight train and do an occasional run of 2 to 3 miles 2 times a week. With all that exercise you would think I would want to eat more to make up for the calories I’m burning, but this doesn’t seem to be the case. I just don’t have the urge to eat! This is resulting in lower portions of when I do eat and I’m looking forward to eventually dropping some weight.
As far my urgency to urinate, I have noticed a slight decrease in the sudden urgency to run to the bathroom everytime I turn around, and yes I hydrate on a regular basis, so something must be working right…it’s gotta be the Saw Palmetto!
I’m 62 and looking forward to enjoying the benefits of this wonder pill for years to come. We’re all wired differently and some individuals might not experience the benefits I’m experiencing right now, but with the high cost of getting in to see a doctor so he can prescribe a drug to get me to stop peeing so much, this is a great alternative! So stay healthy, get off your butts, get out there and exercise and give this stuff a try…I’m happy with the results!

I purchased this product for PCOS-related hair loss. I’ve taken it for nearly a month and haven’t seen much benefit in that arena yet; however, I have been a longtime sufferer of overactive bladder. I was getting up two to three times each night to use the bathroom. Almost immediately after taking this product, I started sleeping through the night. I no longer feel the urge to run to the bathroom all day long either. As far as dosage goes, I started with taking one pill in the morning and one at night, and slowly worked up to two pills twice a day. I don’t know how well this would work for users with a prostate (I don’t have one), but I’m quite happy with the unexpected results I’ve had so far. I will continue to use this product.

The new pills are much smaller than the old ones. It’s possible that the new pills still have the amount of saw palmetto as the label says, but based on the weight they would have to have absolutely no other ingredients (even though brown rice fiber is listed on the ingredient list).

I am taking Saw Palmetto along with Hair Flair and Hyaluronic Acid to prevent hair loss and regrow hair and it is working!! My hair is getting so thick with so many new hairs coming in and is so shiny, it is amazing. I had read about this combination and now I know it works. I know Saw Palmetto is usually used for men, but women I gotta tell you – it works for us, too. No odor, no taste, easy to swallow capsules. Thank you NutraChamps for another great product!!

A bit pricier than some of their competitors, and I keep trying different brands hoping to find one that works well. For me, this one will be what I use from now on. I now sleep nearly all through the night without a need to find the bathroom, although it has taken just about 1 whole bottle to experience the difference. I am now on bottle 2 and will order more soon so that I do not run out.
