I ordered this after a nurse instructor said that this is the one they use in many of the Turmeric studies that have such great results. That is why I choose this Turmeric even though it is more pricey than some. I want consistent high dosage.
This nurse is a very dynamic 65 year old who doesn’t want knee replacements because they “don’t ski well” She takes this 3X day and is able to do a daily walk with stairs without knee pain despite needing knee replacements.
I was interested in a good anti inflammatory and didn’t want to take tons of them. I don’t have joint pain but I am overweight and eat too much sugar which I know causes inflammation and damage throughout the body.
Imagine my surprise when I got an unexpected benefit. I have been low energy most of my life and I have recently tracked it down to adrenal fatigue. It seems that Turmeric helps a calcified pineal gland which helps the adrenals. (Floride in our drinking water will calcify the pineal gland) All I know is that I have more energy than I have ever had in my life. I am 47. I have always had to push myself to do things. I was always thinking about how to do things in ways that conserved energy. Anyway, I have been able to work 30% more and earn 30% more which is energizing in itself.
I always thought my energy level was depression or a character defect of laziness. (no anti depressants ever helped by the way) What a surprise to discover it was a physical, nutritional problem. I have been taking the Turmeric 2X day for 8 months now and have had persistent sense well being that is entirely new to me.
I also am prone to swollen painful feet each summer in the heat. This year after taking turmeric and a high dose Vit B 50 Complex since December I have no swollen feet, even on hot days with a a lot of walking.

Helps to reduce knee pain……for about two months I suffered with knee pains. I could not sleep at night, and just fell asleep from sheer exhaustion. I had several xrays and MRI’s, and was scheduled for orthoscopic surgery on both knees this past December. I found these and another supplement on Amazon and ordered both. Meanwhile, I started praying for relief, because my knees hurt so badly, especially when I tried to sleep! I prayed every night……before I realized it, my pains were actually diminishing! It got to be where I was virtually pain-free! I still pray every night, but now I give our Lord “thanks” for healing me! I’m going to continue these supplements, as long as I can afford to buy them, but I must say that I WAS HEALED, and I truly believe it was a MIRACLE! Thank You, Jesus!

I take a lot of supplements for various reasons. I am 52 years old and have been taking and researching supplements since I was in my teens. What I’m getting at is, that after a lifetime of extensive supplement use and experimentation, I have to say that virtually no single supplement of any kind has helped me more than this one. While I had been taking very high quality curcumin supplements for some time, nothing had the positive impact that this does. I have had fairly debilitating inflammation in my knees, ankles and feet for years and it was getting worse. Also suffered from serious yet somewhat random bouts of gout for 20 years. Major knee surgery in 1980 left me with virtually no cartilage in my right knee and was growing more and more debilitating by the year. Prior to discovering Curcu-Gel, with its BCM-95 Curcumin, the amount of time I could spend on my feet doing any sort of activity was becoming more and more limited. I have now been using this product for about a month and I’ve almost all but forgotten about joint pain. Indeed, the only thing that actually gives me knee pain now is trying to sit cross legged–and it’s only been one month. This honestly seems to have eliminated virtually all inflammation from my body and the pain that goes with it. Since I started taking this, I twice noticed signs of a gout flare-up coming on–once in my ankle and once in my toe. I just took an extra capsule of Curcu-Gel and the problem went away–one extra dose! This is a miracle in my opinion. No side effects either. This works better than even the heaviest NSAID doses–which, at this rate, I may never use again. The BCM-95 formulation is truly a blessing from heaven. If I could take only one supplement, this would probably be it.
