I’ve lived an extremely active life, very hard on my body. Multiple serious injuries from minor strains to major fractures along with repetative stress injuries throughout my body. 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4 stars for what I’ve seen thus far, but this is a VERY honest review! It hasn’t helped what I wanted most just yet.
I really, really wanted this supplement to lower my blood pressure. I have very high pressure, even when relaxed and on two medications (now) for it, which I HATE, and I’m dying to get it down naturally.
I’ve taken this product for exactly a month. My numbers have not gone down. This is even in conjunction with my normal meds, and I don’t know what to do???? I have an enlarged heart right now, and I’ve tried most everything, without help- what to do? Every supplement has failed me. No women have pressure problems in my family, so I’m very scared.
I’m thin, I work out, I’m very much in shape- it stinks! I have another bottle, so I’m hoping for the best in month number 2 🙏, and I’m praying the enlarged heart is back to normal, come my next echo, as that was shocking to hear as a fit lady of 45 at the time, who feels and still plays like a 20 year old. Like what??? How did that happen? BUT I’m working on it.
Anyway, I don’t have high cholesterol, and I eat pretty sensibly and I’m thin. I do a lot of working out, and this product DOES seem to help with inflammation, and in return- recovery time and less pain, overall!
I feel I have a slight bit more focus the past several weeks. I don’t know why, but I’ve been having brain fog for awhile now, when I’m usually sharp, but with a history of early dementia in my family, I worry all the more. It may in fact, but attributed to this. I hope so. The price tag is well worth it, if it can make me feel sharper and protect my heart, and HOPEFULLY lower my pressure numbers, God willing.
So while, for the heart, I haven’t seen results yet, in other ways I have and will continue on with it. I hope to get my pressure back down to normal and get off those darned meds. I have young kids, but had a really stressful life (but used to have low numbers then.. go figure). I need to be around a lot longer for them 🙏😔.
I’m a bit disappointed, as far as my pressure, but I’m still hopeful. If things start doing well come my next doctor visit- I’ll report back. I feel that would be my duty, but for now, I can only say this much.

I have a family history of heart diseases, so I have been looking for ways I may be proactive in taking care of myself.
