I’ve been using this product a month now with good results. I like using Magnesium L-Threonate to help me relax and this does the trick. It also contains Magnesium Glycinate, and Magnesium Chelate which is nice because each type of magnesium has slightly different benefits. The product arrived firmly sealed. I like that it comes in a two bottle package. Each package contains 50 capsules, however, one dose is 2 capsules, so you are really only getting a 45 day supply. Capsules are a pretty standard size and are easy to swallow. It was easy on my stomach and I did not experience any of the nasty side effects you can get from taking a magnesium supplement. I did not notice a flavor or aftertaste when taking this supplement. This product contains chelated magnesium which always seems to work better for me.
Overall, this is a great supplement that does what I expected it to do. It contains a nice combination of magnesium types to help me reach my health goals. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good magnesium complex supplement.

It’s well packed, came fast, glass and dark bottle. I took one caps once a day the whole bottle, I didn’t fell better nor worse, no apparent difference in my health, wellness, or performance. Maybe it would appear some improvement in a blood test, I don’t know.
