I love th Sarna lotion but it needs to come in a jar. Right now it has a pumper which leaves a bunch of lotion stuck in the bottom of the bottle. I have to use a serrated knife to cut open the container and scoop all the rest of the lotion out. It’s a big waste of money if you don’t open it up somehow.

About a year ago I had a serious encounter with a ‘bed bug’ infestation! If that wasn’t bad enough, I was allergic to their little bites and they caused me to itch like crazy. I could rub in this lotion and the itching would stop almost immediately! It’s a creamy white lotion that leaves no residue after it’s applied, seemingly being totally absorbed by the skin. My only real issue was the cost. These are only 7.5 ounce pump bottles, but the local drugstore wanted $2 more per bottle than the Amazon price, $14+ a bottle. I was willing to pay that cost because of the intensity of the constant itching….the scratching was leaving scars on my arms. I just used the lotion sparingly. The scent was very very light, on the edge of being discernible and not an issue.

I had gotten this for my shingles in 2018 as a preventive action, but I ended up not really having a problem. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, my husband had some sores on his arm what was driving him crazy with the itching. I gave this to him and it was a life saver. Helped the itching immediately. I am now trying on my dog as she chews her feed constantly. She takes allergy shots, but they don’t seem to help. I really didn’t think this was going to help my husband but it really did. Luckily we have 2 bottles, but will make sure that we always have this on hand for sure!!!
