This is a review of Sandhu’s Beauty5 Capsules 60 ct
You must take 2 capsules daily so this is a 3- day supply. I have not noticed any difference in my nails and I would not expect to in only 30 days. It is more likely thtat 90 days would have to pass to really see any meaningful result.
however I will say that I’ve taken Biotin in the past and during some routine blood work it was determined that at least one result was much higher than expected and it turns out the Biotin was the culprit. I discontinued taking Biotin and a few week later had my blood retested with a normal value. The takeaway is let your Doctor know you are taking this or any supplements. There may be adverse affects. by the way my Doctor was unaware that Biotin could affect blood test results, so do your own resesrch as well.

I waited until I took two of these daily for almost a month so that I could determine whether or not I noticed any positive or negative results. I will get right to the main point, and the reason that I take extra biotin, which is to maintain healthy and long hair and nails, as well as additional health benefits. I am a vegetarian, and I eat healthy foods as well as take vitamins daily. I have taken extra biotin for years, to maintain my length, shine, and fullness with my hair. I can always tell after a few weeks whether or not the vitamin brand, blend of vitamins and other ingredients and amount is effective for me or not, and I am very selective with what I consume. I am pleased with the results with these so far, and I will update if there are any significant changes or observations in the future.
Some good things tha I have noticed:
I noticed my hair is looking great again (I temporarily stopped taking my normal extra10,000 mcg of biotin daily that is a different brand, and then I started noticing that my hair stopped thriving).
My nails are also doing great since I started taking this.
They do not make me sick or cause any other negative reactions.
I do not notice any unpleasant smell or taste that would totally turn me off from taking them.
They are easy for me to swallow, but I will point out that I have never had a problem swallowing any of my vitamins, ever.
This is very promising that I am noticing a slight difference in the short time that I have been taking them. It also has red and black currants, which also benefit hair, nails and skin, and has additional benefits. As I continue to research, The Sandus Beauty5 Capsules so far appear to be created based on effective science.
It is still too soon to know for sure,but so far, so good!

As I have gotten older, I have developed a lot of blemishes on my skin. Especially around the face area. It just seems like these hard crusty patches are beginning to develop. And I’ve tried every moisture lotion, every soap product, and every supplement I can think of, and at best… I feel a slight smoother roughness on my skin. However, the blotches are still there. I can still feel that crusty calluses on my skin.
So after doing some research… I found that a biotin was one of the best sources for adding collagen back into the skin, and also helps with strengthening nails. In the short time I’ve been taking biotin, I have seen some improvement. The crusty calluses are diminishing. I still feel a little bit, but they have gone down more than any other product I’ve ever used. I hope the trend continues. Because if it does… I’ll be sold on this product for life!

Most everyone knows that Biotin is an ingredient often found in supplements such as this one; the 10,000mcg is a supercharged amount in this daily two capsule serving. Red and Black Current are deemed useful to spark hair growth and to keep breakage down to a minimum. Gluathione assists in diswading hair breakage while Olive Polyphenols assist with scalp health. Finally, Grape Seed Oil is used as a hair conditioner.
Collectively; this supplement contains all of the fundamentals for vigorous hair, skin and nails and time will prove whether or not this “Beauty5” product lives up to its desired expectations and results. I will update my review accordingly.

Been using these supplements for about a year now and I can definitely see and feel a difference in my body and skin. I look 30 years younger. If you are looking for some new skin vitamins these are for you!
