This is an excellent product but seems overly well-packaged. I know this is a personal opinion, but I would prefer the product be packaged in bulk in a bottle.

i don’t know exactly how they work, i think they increase serotonin levels or something, but i’ve been taking them for about 4 months and i notice a huge difference in my motivation level and mood. i take them for depression, and use cbd when needed for anxiety. highly recommend, also this brand was the best value i could find on amazon for the money, and seems reputable. the blister packs can be a bit annoying tho.

I am have very little faith in a pill doing what they say it will, but I really believe this one does make a difference. First thing I noticed was I am less claustrophobic. I certainly didn’t expect that. My overall mood is better. This has had a more positive result than any prescription antidepressant I have tried. Does is make a dark day, sunshine and rainbows, no. It does make it a less cloudy and partly sunny.

The brand of SAM-E I usually purchase was getting more expensive so I tried this brand. I am glad I did. it is just as effective as the other brand. SAM-E is very effective for keeping me calm.
