If I could have given a 4.5 I might have, only because it doesn’t dissolve as fast with stirring in the water as fast as some other hydrating and flavored drinks. But it’s closer to a 5 than a 4. I am a diabetic , but knew when buying it had added sugar. That unfortunately means I won’t be able to use quite as often. However, the sugar content is low, and so for each individual with these issues, they would need to take their total daily intake in to account. Now I want to try their other flavors ( had the wonderful strawberry 🍓)!

I love these! I’ve tried a few flavors of the electrolyte variety: cucumber lime, hibiscus, and pineapple. The best one hands down is the cucumber lime. I stretch the servings out by splitting the packets in half. I found that personally it was too sweet/flavorful using a whole packet. My favorite way to use these is to make mocktails with plain seltzer or coconut water instead of water.
I will say, the pineapple is not really my taste. I tried it with plain seltzer and found that it strangely tasted like a Red Bull or monster energy drink, which I’m not really a fan of. But if you like that taste, this could be a much healthier alternative if you’re trying to cut down on energy drinks.
Bottom line: Try these! They’re great.

These are very good and not overly sweet. Definitely recommend. The hibiscus ones are great as well.

We bought this hoping it was just like the Agua Fresca we had. And it did not disappoint! It was so delicious. If you like this flavor you will love this. It’s not too strong and not weak. But I don’t recommend putting the whole package in anything smaller than 40oz. Use half if you do.

I was really excited to try this because guava is one of my favorite flavors. I read on other reviews that this flavor might be too sweet, so I only used half of a packet in my 40oz water bottle to give it a fair shot. It unfortunately is still way too sweet. I tolerate other sweet drinks well and I find that this one almost gives me a headache from the sweetness somehow. The flavor does not have a strong scent of guava at all, instead it’s a kind of vague fruit taste, but very artificial tasting, like tropical chewing gum maybe? It does not really have any of the freshness of an agua fresca. I will finish up these packets because the price is very high, but I think the flavor decreases my enjoyment of it and its benefits. To be honest, it is difficult to feel hydrated and refreshed by something you don’t really enjoy drinking. Ultimately, I’m disappointed by the flavor, but I may be willing to try other flavors in the future.

I’ve tried multiple flavors from Salud and theyre all winners so far. Cucumber Lime, Hibiscus, and Tamarind are top 3 for sure, but this is another really good one. I’ve tried every brand of electrolyte mixes out there is this is hands down the best flavor and consistency. Others can be powdery/gritty after mixing or have a weird aftertaste but I could drink this all day. I have POTS and I use these all the time to keep hydrated. I’m really sad they no longer have the subscription option for my preferred flavors, but hopefully they’ll bring it back. 🤞
