Mix very very well . To thick of a powder . I like it hot . I take it a little early.. hits good fall asleep and don’t wake at night. Bit stronger in the morning, but not too bad

I was so excited to try this but it didn’t work. The flavor was good but it was just juice at this point. It didn’t help with energy and I can’t return so that kinda sucks because it wasn’t cheap just to not use.
