I have had constant hip and leg pain for a few months now and I use the other product this company makes for nights. Since it has helped me rest I thought I’d try this one for the pain I have during the day. Some days I felt it helped a little but couldn’t really tell any difference most days. I do recommend the one this company sells for nights.

This product did what is said it would do. I had an injury to my knee that was not healing and chronic bursitis in my hip joints that was causing so much pain that I was having a hard time walking. I had taken prescription meds that were not helping and just making me sleepy. I started taking the Mag 3D and felt relief the first day. There has not been any drowsiness or any kind of side effect. The knee injury has started to heal and the chronic bursitis is now manageable within the first 30 days. I have tried other products from Salt Wrap and they have worked equally well. I will be using this product for a long time to come and grateful I found it. I highly recommend it.

Had been using theraworks and magox for about 3 mos. with improvements. Based on articles about absorbtion, thought I would give these a try. Started using Mag R&R (one at night) and 3D (daytime) a week ago. The difference is that I don’t even feel like I am going to get a cramp as opposed to just staving them off. I have noticed an increase in dreams with the R&R, even with a reduced dose. So, my early results are positive and will update in a month or so. Update: product is working – I will note that I am only using 1 per night. I seem to have had a headache when using 2… and also I definitely believe the product affects dreams – not having nightmares, just seem like more dreams.

I like the fact that you can take the Mag D first thing in the morning and that it’s an all natural supplements. I just early on in my using it but so far I have felt less tension in my muscles and spasms. So far seems to be working!
