It tastes great and no need to mix with water. My only minor complaint is it takes 2-3 tablets to reach the same milligrams of electrolytes in the dissolved powders.

We bought these for my 10 year old daughter who was just diagnosed with POTS. She asked me to personally review this item for other kids knowledge! She really likes them and they have seemed to help her. She loves these flavors :green apple, lemon lime, peach and mixed berry. She does not prefer orange or watermelon. She says the coconut pineapple is mediocre.

You need to keep your electrolytes flowing especially in the hot weather. Took a pack of the Tart Orange on 50+ mile ride in the 90* heat a couple of weeks ago and these tablets really helped me finish the ride in good shape. Just coming back from injury didn’t help my fitness either, but the legs responded well with just water and these tablets. A lot less sugar going into the body due to no more drink mix so that’s a good thing too. Getting carbs from food and that’s combo seems to be working super. Get them!

I hate to think that I’m experiencing a placebo effect, but I really believe these work. I’m a triathlete and am not immune from muscle pain and cramping. Numerous times now, during workouts and races, I’ve felt my legs start to feel like they’re about to cramp (either cycling or running). I’ll pop a couple of these in my mouth and that feeling goes away quickly. However, I don’t chew them. At the recommendation of another runner, I just leave them in my mouth to allow them to dissolve over several minutes. I usually chase them with water.
I haven’t tried any other flavors, but I really like the Lemon Lime.

There’s only so much Liquid IV I can drink, and I like to keep my water bottle clean. These chews allow me to keep clean water in my bottle and provide the electrolytes I need to stay hydrated when I’m sweating a lot. They also taste great! Very fruity and not too salty.

Acheté le 7 novembre 2020, quelle surprise de voir que mon paquet expirait en novembre 2020.
Utilisé 1 semaine en Guyane dans le cadre d’un stage commando. J’ai fait une très grosse rétention d’eau en prenant que 1 à 2 pastilles par jour. On est loin des “50 maximum par jour sur le paquet”. Attention. Je ne recommande pas. Aucun effet sur les crampes et la récupération.
