I purchased these for my lumbar pain and they do not work. I did not feel a cooling sensation. Although, they are very comfortable and durable I would not recommend them at this time. My pain was not relieved while using these. They are expensive to not have worked. If I could return them, I would.

Salonpas has two 2️⃣ Strengths and the one that I have and is the best for more significant performance is the one 1️⃣ that is the best is the one with Lidocaine. The other one doesn’t work well for me because it doesn’t have Lidocaine. It’s more expensive, but it’s worth it. It is excellent for my neck, knees, back, shoulders, and hips. 🤟🫶💪
