I wasn’t sure what benefits black seed had until my wife told me more. Started taking that. Once i saw d3 with k2 and black seed – jackpot! The flavor is great, it’s easy to chew and swallow. The benefits of d3 and the assistance of k2 to absorb are great for energy and with black seed, it adds more, such as with inflammation, teeth, muscle, etc. I’m glad i found this!

I love these gummies. They are tasty, and sweet but only contains 2 gram of sugar. It is real sugar and not toxic sugar alcohol or artificial sweeteners. The amount of Vitamin D3 is perfect providing 5000 IU. It comes with Vitamin K2 which works in tandem with Vitamin D for better health. An added bonus is the inclusion of Magnesium. So all we need is for the food we eat to provide the Calcium and Potassium our body needs and it will be then a perfect combo.
I love that the cap designed is child-safe and cannot be opened accidentally by kids. If you need to supplement on Vitamin D and K which most of us really need and you do not want to swallow big capsules then this is an excellent option. Highly recommended!

These are pineapple flavored gummies that act like a multivitamin for me to help with my overall health. Great taste that melts in my mouth, so I don’t have to swallow pills or capsules. I get the same nutritional benefits (if not more) by letting these dissolve in my mouth than by swallowing a pill that may or may not be dissolved into my system. I always opt for gummies over pills or capsules when I can get what I need from gummies. Vitamin D3, K2 and Magnesium are key ingredients that my body needs for a healthy lifestyle. Made in the USA.

Got these for my husband who has to take a D3 supplement. They taste good and provide the D3 that he needs to take daily. You get 1 month worth for the price since you need to take 2 per serving. They do contain some sugar and carbs but most gummies do so that may be something to watch if you are looking at that.
Overall, not the worst price we have paid for a product but there are other products that would do the same thing for less cost but they do what they are supposed to do.

I was told I need to take a vitamin D supplement so I ordered these. I like that it also has vitamin K with it. The taste is actually not bad (fruity like pineapple) and they don’t stick terribly to my teeth. With 2 gummies a day, this is a one month supply. This is a bit more than I would typically spend on a one month supply. However, I like the added benefits of this one and how easy they are for me to take. I wouldn’t mind spending that for these reasons.

These gummy vitamins have a good pineapple flavor and they aren’t too hard or chewy. They also aren’t coated in sugar, however they do contain tapioca syrup, which is a formula of sugar.
These vitamins also contain vitamin K, which helps your body absorb calcium. I didn’t know what black seed oil was for so I had to Google it. Black seed oil helps with inflammation and helps lower blood sugar levels so I like this added benefit to these vitamins.
This bottle contains 60 gummies so it’s a month’s of vitamins. I always take additional vitamin D during the winter to help with my immune system and these are a good choice.
