I like this soap, it has a decent smell and it lathers VERY well. My only complaint is that I was under the impression that black soap would help with acne and it hasn’t BUT looking back at the sellers description of this product, it does not say it should.

LOVE this soap! I’ve tried many different brands of Black Soap in the past but when I tried This soap I didn’t need to try any others. Been using this brand for about 5 years now. It cleans very well and has a gentle exfoliating property. It leaves my skin soft & moisturized.

Ingredients are Sodium Tallowate, Sodium Cocoate, Water, Glycerin, Fragrance, African shea Butter, Wheat Bran, Colloidal Oatmeal, Sodium Chloride, Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Yellow #5, Iron Oxide, D&C Green #5, Pentasodium Pentetate, Tetrasodium Etidronate.
Pretty sure this is not 100% Natural Shea Butter Soap. It may have natural shea butter in it (as the 6th ingredient), but it is certainly not pure 100% shea butter. I’m thankful that I purchased this at the Dollar Tree locally. Now I can return it and get something else for my dollar.

Royal Black Soap with Shea Butter. This soap lathers really good and also has specks that feel good on the skin. And it doesn’t make me itch. So this soap is a winner all around!
This soap is a pale sage green in color – one of my favorite colors! I know – color doesn’t have anything to do with quality.
I love soap, and it is one of the few things I indulge myself with. After all, it isn’t something that we can do without. I have four kids and one grandchild and one son-in-law — I love doing things for them before I do things for myself. But soap is one thing that I can have (and have to have!) and don’t have to feel guilty about. In fact soap-making is something I would love to learn to do. I’ve never done it before, but I think I would enjoy it.
I love Royal Black Soap with Shea Butter, and I will be buying it again and again.
