Lathers really well had has a great smell. We’ve tried other peppermint soaps that don’t have a strong enough scent but this one’s perfect!

I am very particular about my soap, and those in my house tend to bathe daily due to constantly getting dirty within a 24hiur period. The idea of an organic activated charcoal soap was intriguing and sounded a lot better than some of the soaps weve used in the past, but I was a little disappointed with this.
To start off on a positive note, you’re on the right track with the scent! The scent was wonderful, and I smelled it though the package before I even got it out of the mailbox. It’s a very potent scent, and very pleasant. Two scents you don’t see too often paired together and it was just very pleasant.
Now with thr idea of soap, it’s supposed to clean, and well… This doesn’t really do that. I work outside and train my dog most of the day, and with an overly energetic and easily excited pup, paired with recent rain, I get a little muddy and covered in dirt. Nothing crazy, but upon using this soap, it didn’t clean basic dirt off. It seemed to make it more prone to sticking to my skin in the shower. Using another cheap soap bar, it lathered right up and took the dirt off.
Don’t get me wrong, this is a wonderful thought, but I’d use this more as a soak in the bath and treat yourself type of thing rather than a I need to get clean type.

This soap smells amazing. Gentle on the skin. I got three however two of them I am giving to others in a stocking stuffer.

This is the first time I try the Varina bar soap. The Oatmeal Milk and Honey Bar is nice and smooth on the skin and washes away easily. It moisturizes without leaving a slippery residue on the skin after you rinse. Although it leaves a clean smell, I would have liked a little more fragrance. I still liked it and will buy it again.

I got cotton candy scented and you can tell that they tried but cotton candy is not even close to the main smell it’s got more like a piney spicy smell to it and honestly it’s not very good.
Otherwise it seems just fine seems to clean well, lathers up which is fun but unnecessary.
It is still soap but if I just wanted soap then I wouldnt have spent $20 on 3 awkwardly sized blocks of tie-dye that smell kinda off putting. So not really worth it to me but had they pulled off a pleasant scent then even though it’s a bit pricey I would have been happy.
Other comments would be it cleans really well but at the disadvantage of drying out your hands.

These are my favorite soap now. I am hooked. Every new bar is a delicious surprise scent and soo yum. They are relaxing for a night time shower! I feel super clean after using, and my skin does not dry out. Love not having all the crap chemicals in mainstream soaps.
